    We bought our house from Mendy Whitehead in 2001 and it was a great experience.Naturally, when it came time to sell it I contacted Mendy to be our selling agent. The selling experience was equally as good, if not better.Mendy is truly a real estate professional.     Since 2015, I have availed services of Trophy Realtors to rent my property in Tx. On each occasion Mendy has exceeded my expectations. I live in WA state and hence its not possible for me to take care of several things.which should be my responsibility. However Mendy has each time offered to help and taken care of several issues, sometimes even without my knowledge. She has also been responsive and available to work around mine and renters schedule. It has truly been a pleasure working wither her and even a greater pleasure knowing her as a person.I strongly recommend her for any of your property needs.

    Bought my first house with Vicki and she was hands down the best. She worked with us essentially non-stop fielding questions and concerns, showing us houses, and researching the properties.     I want to thank Mendy and Trophy Realty for taking a couple of hours yesterday showing me around Trophy Club. Unfortunately, at this time I will not be pursuing the four homes I looked at. I thought they looked great and have a feeling they will sell pretty quickly, but I wanted a partner to help defray the cost. However, my two friends have decided not to go in at this time. I understand their reasons. Both decided to invest in other ventures. I am very disappointed, but I will have to not purchase this time.My wife and I were very impressed when we met Mendy the other day. After spending some time seeing her in action, I am very impressed by her class, courtesy, and professionalism. I appreciate the way she always put my interest ahead of the sale. Also, she was kind enough to give me great advice on how to proceed. I will refer her to anyone who needs a realtor, and my wife echoed that same sentiment.

    Mendy and her staff are terrific. She takes a real personal interest in helping you find what you are looking for whether it be a new home or an investment property. Last year, she helped us find an ideal property that we invested in for a rental. Her staff has managed the rental property since we purchased it. Daina is wonderful!
