Their customer support is second to none. The fact that they are the most cost effective management company means that you will never have to worry about sacrificing quality due to a lower cost. Our board absolutely loves you Triquest! The community Loves you. At least the ones that are paying there dues and cleaning the siding of there homes. Sure we were skeptical in the beginning, but we felt your presentation was surprisingly advanced. 24 months later the verdict is in..4 stars but Im leaving 5 because of the all of the previous attacks on this amazing company that bends over backwards for us.

After searching for a property management co. about my concerns in the community, I found this new company Triquest, and decided to give them a try. My overall experience with them has been nothing but professional and proficient. I was overly surprised with the significant change there has been in the community regarding the upkeep with the landscape and overall cleanliness. All my calls were returned in a timely fashion and due to my satisfaction I will definitely refer Triquest and will be using them for further business.

I had Been looking for quite some time for a management company that would not only take care of my needs as a homeowner but that would keep me informed about my community and thats just what I found with Triquest Management , their level of Professionalism goes beyond my expectations, any questions I might have or concerns get answered in a very timely Manner , always courteous over the phone , and very Efficient . I will continue to do business with them and would recommend to anyone looking for a Management Company that delivers top quality Customer Service while still taking care of customers needs.

This is by far the most serious review Ive posted and being that I am an active hoa board member I chose to use an alias name.. I am a Caucasian women who has been an active community member for over 15 years and never have I experienced the level of disrespect and racism by my fellow community members. I have witnessed with my own eyes the lies and bigotry aimed at our managers. It is beyond me as to how the managers have been able to keep there level of professionalism and grace. Triquest is not perfect just as no person or company will ever be, but since weve contracted them we have an updated pool, a complete landscape turnaround, more correspondence, less expenses, and as treasurer I am able to view our community account online. Our community has never had the money to make the renovations that weve accomplished until we hired triquest. In closing, triquest is a diamond in the rough for anyone looking for things to get done in their community. Most prefer the big flashy companies that eventually end up taking 10s of thousands of dollars from your association (previous management) whereas Id rather hire the hidden gem. Triquest is here to stay!! P.S. our vice president gave triquest one star out of spite, but I can not speak for the others. I hope this helps in your decision.

We’ve lived here in Houston for 3 years now from New Jersey. My management company has been so helpful to us. They keep us updated on current legislation, they’ve encouraged us to get out and meet our neighbors through amazing community events, and above all else there level of integrity is nothing you would expect from a huge corporation. I found TRIQUEST through a friend and it was 100% one of the best choices Ive made. They are A1 as professionals and worked with me on any questions or concerns I had. I only had to call them once and they made every effort to see that I was satisfied. Definitely will be doing business with TRIQUEST again if I need to. Great and professional.

I really dont know how else to put it honestly. My wife and I have lived in our community for over 5 years. In the past 2 years Ive seen new fences, clearer streets, construction on a new splash pad, and Ive been to about 4 community events. We love Triquest. Thats all

They were courteous and extremely helpful.The staff answered any questions I had, the property manager promptly returned my call and the owners also followed up with me to make sure all my concerns were taken care of as long as we have triquest helping us take care of our community Im confident we will continue to have a beautiful and safe neighborhood.....thank you so much triquest
