    Trinity Property Management has been providing excellent service to me for last one year. Their support team and especially Vince are a caring and responsive team in my experience. I had a few issues at my property and they follow up and keep me updated very promptly. Even when my tenants left without giving notice, they were very diligent and saved me the hassle and from loss.I want to specify that they did not ask me to write this review. I did it on my own as I was very pleased with their recent handling of my property issues.

    My house is managed by TTPM. They are repsonding quickly to my needs. So far since I moved in, I have requested toilet repairs, door handle replacements, gas stove repairs, etc. and the have scheduled appointments with the relevant repairmen right after I emailed them. Frankly speaking, I was initially concerned after seeing the previous some negative reviews on this company, but my experience is totally different. They are very friendly and prompt, and I sometimes communicate with them via email regarding my needs. In words, Im very satistied with their service.     Helpful and professional.One of my friend referred me to TTPM. I asked them to find a tenant for my property and also manage the property.Throughout the process, I am in touch with Ranjini who is super helpful. She has been very responsive and found an amazing tenant.Trinity team did a background check and summarized the points for me to review.The lease period is 1-2 years, so it takes away the worry of finding a new tenant in few months.This being my first investment property, I was inexperienced about finding a tenant and managing the property.     We moved into a rental property managed by Trinity ~6 months ago. Our experience with them has been excellent. They have an easy online portal for putting in any requests and they respond quickly.This last week, they went above and beyond. We put an emergency ticket in because our AC failed during 105 degree heat. Vince text us only 10 minutes after we put our maintenance request in and within and hour (on a Friday evening after hours!) he had someone on site at our house getting it fixed! He followed up every step of the process to make sure it was fixed.The last house we rented the property manager was unresponsive and disorganized so we didn’t know what to expect going into our new rental. But Trinity has been excellent when it comes to responding to anything we need!Highly recommend them. We love the house we are in and the fact that Trinity has been such a great experience, we’ll likely continue to renew our lease. It’s rare to find a great property management company!
