We worked with Nicole D. And we loved it!! She did every bit of effort in order to get us our dream place! It was such a great experience and i loved the way she connected with my family❤️❤️ i would definitely recommend working with her and she made our rental process so easy and explained everything. She went above and beyond to do the showings and helped us throughout our journey! We will definitely be coming back the next time!

The uniqueness of TriLitco is the personalized treatment they provide and quick responses. Unlike other property management companies at TriLitco someone always answers your calls, they listen and focus on solutions. Every question, issues we had was addressed and resolved in a very professional manner. They provide plenty of information which is easy to follow and even when I was a bit confused I called and Rod personally answered each of my questions. He was very patient, with all my requests, big or small. Lori is very knowledgeable and guided us every step along the way. If you are looking for peace of mind you are in good hands with this company.

Great company which clearly represents the owners interest but are mostly positive with renters. As renters we worked with TriLitco for a few years. Our personal experience: Family owned company, responsive, by-the-book with a great staff - a shout out to Michael, Phylis, and Alison were very responsive especially with maintenance requests (Michael). Overall, recommend the company when shopping for a management company especially if youre an owner.

It has been good experience working with Rod and his team. I recently bought a rental property home in Austin and hired Trilito for managing my property. They were on schedule, fixing up all the minor things, finding a renter etc. They are a small but effective team and it has been a positive experience so far. I would recommend them to manage your property.

For the last 15 years I had managed my own properties. But as a professional, I knew I wasnt able to put the time into turning my properties when they were empty. I also knew that I was paying too much to contractors when I needed work done.Ive seen the light and recognize the value of a professional property manager. Now I have the confidence that my properties are renting for top dollar. When there are issues, they get resolved faster and cheaper than I could as my own property manager. The TriLitCo management fees are reasonable and they end up saving me money and time.

Recently, we used TriLitco Property Management services for our rental property. I am super happy with their services. Rod (Roderick) is Very professional, experienced, informative, energetic, and has lots of patience. He is very responsive and helpful at everything I needed from getting help cleaning our house to finding tenants. He took a personal interest in fixing issues with the house, we had during the winter storm. He takes very good care of the property and You can feel that your property is in good hands. Highly recommend.
