I absolutely love living here, the apartments are reasonably priced and nice considering the age of the property. My only complaint would be that there always is a water line issue popping up. Again, its likely due to the age of the property, but management always gets it corrected as quickly as possible and provides updates throughout the process! 😊😊

Overall, we are satisfied here at Legacy at Cypress. The maintenance staff is great. Just make sure you put request for repairs in the office they have not responded to online request. They have the maintenance crew pick up trash every day, So the area is free of trash.There have been two shootings here in the last 4 months with one-person dead. Also numerous car break ins and tires being stolen.The office staff is always friendly and helpful with any questions you have,T
