We have been working with Ronica at Tri-Pointe Properties for about three years now. We have a handful of rental homes that Tri-Pointe hasnt only assisted us in purchasing, but has continually been fantastic to deal with when it comes to managing those rentals. When we started with Tri-Pointe, we first set out with a budget in mind for the purchase of each home, and then a monthly rental amount we hoped to achieve for each home. Every home we have purchased through TriPointe has been on budget, and quickly rented for the amount we were told they should rent out for. After owning rental homes in different areas and with different property management companies, I can tell you that isnt always the case. Having rental homes is a large part of our long-term retirement plan, and I can tell you we have no plans on changing this relationship. -
