Tracey was awesome! We were searching for a rental property, and Tracey helped us find one we really liked. She showed us a few properties first and put in extra effort to get us approved for one we didn’t quite qualify for per the income requirement. After we had been approved I had second thoughts about it and decided to pass on the home. I wouldn’t have blamed Tracey at all if she would have given up on us, but she hung in there and helped get us into one more in line with our budget. She was always timely in responding to my text, and answering any questions we had. Always on time for any scheduled showings and an absolute pleasure to work with. Being that we are renters there is a good chance I will need the services of a realtor again in the future. Tracey will be the one I call, and recommend to any of my friends and family looking to rent, buy, or sale a home in the area.

We were looking to rent a home and met with Tracey in July to review options as we were in a time crunch of 45 days and thought buying so quickly wasn’t an Option boy were we wrong. Within 5 days we had lender approval and looked at 10 homes and put an offer in on a new Home. We closed in time frame right on time and moved into our beautiful home this week.
