Amir Muhammad keeps the grounds clean and has a very pleasant and respectful attitude towards the tenants he’s very polite and helpful .

I moved here in September and it took a while to get maintenance to fix my work orders due to back up and not enough maintenance help...I spoke with the office staff and they got my request done. I saw a few roaches and once again the office staff sent pest control .. my neighbors are excellent and friendly. I love the quietness and the clean grounds..I do not like the parking situation. I moved from my last apartment because of this to turn around and have the same issues. That is the worst of all.

Hey!I just moved to The Park at Stone Creek: 9200 North Plaza, Austin 2 months ago. This is the first apt that I have had on my own and I really enjoyed with that.Your team is great. Annie and Jacob are so professional. They helped me out a lot of things for this place when I was worrying a lot for the first month in the US. They also have offered me a payment relief due to the cover 19 impact.I am not sure what do you prefer to a new apt. To me, this place has been good for staying if your budget is limited.

I had a incident with the front gate started closing back as i was going out. the gate did damages on my bumper and made a dent in gate. I took pictures and showed them to the office. The property manager didnt do anything about it. And when you put in a request for repairs it takes along time. But over all its ok to live in.

Pretty good property...I havent lived here a long time but the office staff are pretty nice and knowledgeable. I love all the things they do within the 800 link community.

I have been a resident here at 800 link for 3 years I have never had any issues while living here management staff are very helpful and courtesy I will recommend anyone to live here.
