Recently, I was dealing with a parking issue. The Manager for the Wilson building Shaun Ross, got involved and I could not be happier. Shaun was able to communicate what was happening throughout the process and has been incredibly kind and genuine in helping me resolve my issue. Having lived in most of the buildings in downtown Dallas over the past 15 years I have yet to come across someone in building management so helpful and kind. I can honestly say Shaun has made living at the Wilson a wonderful experience!!!

Breona Ford gave us a fantastic tour of 3 out of 4 properties. She was knowledgeable and fun. And knew her way around the properties very well. I went in with some hesitation but her infectious personality quickly calmed my nerves.

The most beautiful building in downtown! Ive lived here more than three years and management is helpful and fair. Repairs are done promptly. Noise levels are not too high because of the high ceilings. The pool is fantastic and common spaces are clean and neat. There are some tight squeezes in the parking garage, so if you drive, be sure you check it out before you lease.

My experience at The Wilson Building has been nothing less than Amazing. The Building with the vita he look and amenities are amazing in addition to the amazing residents that reside there. It has been amazing living there and being helped by the amazing staff. It has been great living there and I look forward to continuing to enjoy the residence and all it has to offer.

I love living in this beautiful old historic building, and the management team couldn’t be nicer or more helpful. Any issues I have had, which have been few, have been satisfied promptly. I look forward to calling The Wilson home for many years to come.

Lived here for almost 9 years now. And have a few neighbors that have been here twice as long. The Wilson is quiet, clean, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. With almost every unit being so different and the historical nature of the building, it is truly a unique place to live in downtown. I have been in many of the older buildings downtown over the years, and none match the character and feel of the Wilson. The roof top patio is an excellent place to have a drink and relax surrounded by the Dallas skyline and the Mercantile/Element pool across the street is ours to use anytime. The Wilson gym is small, but has free weights and several machines, it is also rarely crowded. Anything it’s missing is available at the Merc gym. Parking in the garage is TIGHT. A Toyota Tacoma is about the biggest vehicle that will comfortably navigate the tight turns needed to fit in the garage spaces (in the 1st floor garage at least). Truly a one of a kind place to live in downtown.

I have lived at The Wilson for about 3 months now. The apartment location is great. It is walking distance to a lot of different restaurants and bars and a short uber to Uptown or Deep Ellum. My boyfriend and I enjoy sitting outside on our patio and love the view we have from our apartment. The leasing staff is responsive and if I have any maintenance issues they are quickly resolved. I am really liking the new activity coordinator and the recent events she has put on. It makes me feel like I live in a community not just an apartment complex.The building is part of historic downtown Dallas and each apartment is unique in it’s own way. Would highly recommend if you want to get the full downtown living experience!

Gorgeous architecture, great location, friendly staff and residents. Got a great pool, multiple gyms, assigned garage parking and other amenities. If youve always wanted tall ceilings, exposed brick, hardwood floors and enormous windows, walking distance from work, this is it.

As always Shaun Ross is absolutely wonderful, responds fast, I’m still waiting to get answers for others to respond to emails and it’s been 3 weeks. Knows what he is talking about, always polite, happy, professional, responsive, absolutely love talking to him. He is always ready to help and that’s exactly what we are looking for when we contact the leasing office.Very grateful and thankful for him, it makes our experience at the Wilson even better.Thank you Shaun for your help.

Living at The Wilson has been such a great experience! The building is beautiful and very well kept. Aundria is wonderful, shes been so helpful and always takes care of the residents here. Overall, The Wilson is an awesome place to live and experience Downtown Dallas.

Wilson Building is beautiful and has a great staff. It could use some basic modernizing but all in all its a really neat property in the heart of Downtown.

We dont live here but when we went to visit and take a tour they sure were kind to us. Very friendly! Nice historic property too.
