My first time working with Tammie & The Pros Property and I would most DEFINITELY RECOMMEND. She worked with my family & I regarding the lease amount to what was comfortable for us. We were approved the same day and moved in less than a week later. It was a short notice for them but they got the property together very quickly. Tammie is very accessible and responded to all of my concerns in a timely manner no matter the time. I appreciate Tammie & THE property pros for getting the job done and giving us a seamless move in. -

Tammie is an amazing property manager. She does everything she can to get tenants in the perfect home as quickly as possible. The process she uses is seamless and she is also so quick to answer any calls and texts. As a realtor myself, I love when I get the opportunity to help her get tenants into a home. It has never been easy to find a good property manager. I am lucky and Happy to have Tammie manage my property there at Beaumont. She is very proactive and transparent in maintenance management. She is not asking for trust, instead, she is providing details and transparency to earn the trust. Tammie also resolves tenant maintenance requests in a very timely manner. She is taking good care of the properties she manage and the tenants. High five from me! -

We were brand new landlords and had no idea how go about selecting a renter on our own. Tammie Cotton was recommended to us by a friend and has proven to be a lifesaver. There were things that needed to be done and she had a team lined up for our every need. They were reasonably priced and did an excellent job. There were specific things we wanted in the lease and she made sure that was taken care of. I know she must have tired of our constant questions but was always responsive and professional.
