Rachel has helped me so much in Austin, TX with The Property Society property I just began leasing. I have been a resident for 2 years now, and I feel very taken care of. Any maintenance request I’ve had is handled promptly and I’m impressed with the pride in the work the maintenance personal puts into these repairs. No patching over, or “good enough” type mentality. Megan Perez is an amazing person to communicate with. Quick response, remembers me, my dog, she genuinely cares and I could tell instantly.Give her a raise, or two. Thank you for making what was meant to be just another of many places I’ve lived in feel like home!

Any time we’ve had a maintenance issue, Megan has promptly addressed it (even on weekends!) and checked in after to make sure it was resolved. In addition to the pleasant experience we’ve had with Property Society, we love the space and location.

Honestly, Ive had the best renting experience with The Property Society. Working with the App Portal is easy, the couple of maintenance requests I have put in were fixed in a very timely manner without needing to bug them or ask multiple times, I have had no issues with payments, rent, etc. Megan is friendly and kind and easy to get ahold of. To me, its been the best of renting - highly available when needed but never intrusive.

I have lived in the same duplex under the management of Stephanie and the chief engineer Jose for 7 years now. There hasn’t been 1 problem, issue, or negative situation I’ve been in. If there ever needs to be something fixed or replaced, they are persistent in finding a solution every time. They make a stressful situation way more easier to deal with. For example, one time my stove stopped working and they replaced it for me within a few days. It was even better than the 1st one and also looked a lot better. The same thing with my fridge and dishwasher. The communication is very good and they have always answered me in a timely manner. I’ve never had a more easy going and professional landlord/engineer before like they are. I was lucky enough not to have any financial problems during Covid, but they sent out a very kind and supportive email out to all the tenants. I thought that was very important because they didn’t HAVE to do that, they WANTED to. I work in commercial real estate and understand how importation the relationship/communication is for the tenant and the manager. It makes all the difference. The Property Society is an amazing property management company and I highly recommend.

My agent, Stephanie Hill, has always been quick to respond to text, calls, and emails with rapid response to any of my needs. I can pay my rent with the press of a button very month too. The personal treatment I get as a tenant is above and beyond all of my other experiences in the past. Yall are the best!

I have been working with Stephanie Hill at Property Society for property management or sale of my homes since 2010, and the experience has been the best ever! She has also helped me as a realtor to sell homes and I cannot speak more highly of her and the tools and resources provided by The Property Society. I plan to continue to use their services and would highly recommend to anybody out there looking for property management or a place to rent. Ive noticed that most of the bad reviews are from renters, and I get that sometimes a ball or two may be dropped due to ownership transition and the likes, but EVERY renter that has stayed at properties Ive owned have been responded to promptly and the reported issues have been fixed immediately. I know this because I have to pay the bill out of the rent payment! The family that is currently staying at my current property managed by The Property Society is the first time Ive interacted with them as a friend and it is a relief that I can know them on a personal level and any issues with the house or late payments are handled by The Property Society without my involvement. Based on my conversations, they couldnt be happier, and there were a lot of issues with the house early on when they first moved in. Everything was fully addressed as quickly as possible!

She took over the management for the place I was staying and truly turned the experience around. She was available, empathetic, and extremely quick to act and respond. Whenever I put in a maintenance request they always respond to me quickly, send out respectful handy men to help and keep in touch throughout the process. Recently, needed help with a clogged bath tub drain and the gentleman who fixed it went above and beyond by really cleaning my bath afterwards. Im super happy with the quality of work done.

I worked with Stephanie Hill to sell my house. I was trying to take care of everything myself before I called Stephanie. Stephanie came to the house did a inside and outside walk through and let me know what needed to be done in order to receive the amount I wanted for my home. She also helped make arrangements for the work needed to be done at reasonable prices. The day the house was listed I received a full offer in 6 hours. I was walked through the closing process to make everything easy. I would highly recommend Stephanie Hill - she is awesome.

I have been a renter with the Property Society for a little over a year. I have ZERO complaints about my home, maintenance or management! Stephanie is there anytime I need anything and any time I have a maintenance request it is fixed as soon as the next day. I would recommend Steph to anyone I know looking for a place to stay! Stephanie and the team at property society are amazing. During the ice storm, Stephanie was in constant contact with us during the blackouts and plumbing issues that we experienced at our rental property. She emailed us resources, help lines and tips on keeping warm and safe during the disaster.Were going on our second year at the property and we couldnt have asked for a better management team. Stephanie is always a call or text away and she responds with the help we need with minimal delay.

Megan Perez has made our search for a new home a pleasant and painless experience. After some difficulty with the first duplex we were looking at Megan made the process so easy and reassuring. Megan has always returned texts, calls and emails promptly and answered any questions concerns that me or my family had. We are now relocated from New England and are as happy as can be.
