Absolutely my new favorite restaurant in the area! Everything from beginning to end was perfect! I’m usually not someone who leaves reviews but this place deserved my time and positive shout out!The food was absolutely exceptional. But The Pearl doesn’t stop there. The updates of the building from the previous restaurant are classy, tasteful, and inviting. The ENTIRE staff were kind, happy, and outstanding. The owner was even at the grill on the patio cooking fresh oysters that they have imported daily. He stopped and conversed with all of us and was such a sweet and genuine person.All the food is freshly imported daily if it’s sea food, or locally obtained “farm to table.” Infact, one of the cocktails that the server presented was supposed to be made with fresh strawberries, but because theyDidn’t have fresh strawberries that day they modified the drink with fresh watermelon. I appreciated hearing that, knowing that they stay true to their word about everything being fresh. Everything on their menu is outstanding. I’m not an oyster fan, but we ordered the cooked oyster sampler and INHALED IT.When you visit, be sure to request Jeff as your server. He has had over 32 years of experience with fine dining, and he made us feel like family even though we have never met him. He’s incredibly personal, yet professional, which most people in the business of service have a hard time balancing. He was extremely attentive and made the whole experience wonderful.

I have enjoyed living at The Pearl.The apartments are super nice!Ms. Candie is very sweet any repair requestShe is on top of it.. Any concerns she is eager to listen and resolve . She does a wonderful job in management.The area is very convenient. And the grounds are well kept!

I’ve lived in these apartments for about 2 years now! Only reason for leaving is because I’m moving out of state. Super affordable & I’ve absolutely loved my time here! Candee is amazing - I always enjoy our conversations! The community is so sweet and management is always on top of anything you need. I live alone and specifically wanted to find a place where I felt safe- Never any issues walking around at night or being in my apartment! Plus noise wise I was super surprised that I never hear my neighbors, it was always so quiet! Anytime I sent in a maintenance request it was done the next day - one night I was locked out of my apartment and maintenance came 10-15 minutes later (outside of hours) to help me out! They recently repainted the outside and renovated the balconies which look great! 10/10 recommend! Thank you Brandywine for making my first apartment experience better than I could’ve imagined! - MJ

We are new tenants in the complex and they have amazing staff and property. they are quick to respond to tenant request for assistance.the ground are kept clean and pretty quiet at all hours. easy access to nearby amenities including LSUS , walmart , youree drive restraunts andshops. management was very helpful with getting apartment ready for move in

Candee and her team take great care of us residents!! Maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner, along with any other requests/concerns. Rent is very reasonable, especially for this great location. With all of this being said, we have just moved into our second apartment here at The Pearl! :)

I lived there for 10 years recently. Im giving the place a 4/4.3 rating bc the maintenance is Fairly reliable, i.e., if u have a major issue like water, sink , or lights issue, they would generally get to it the same day. As far as amenities, the pool is kept up. THE grounds are looked after; Fairly quiet.I did have a contractor come out one year to fix my silverware drawer but he never did finish. They need to update their perimeter lighting. ITS quiet, nice big trees,; Rent is fair. Well managed. Some appliancescould be updated but they are ,have been making property improvements. I would actually give Brandywine Apartments, Westdale properties, , a 4.3 rating if you could make partial rating.I would suggest this place as a also a convenient place to live.

It’s an older property but it has new paint and is in good condition. Some things need to be updated (external A/C units) but they are replacing them as they fail. No red flags. Management was friendly and helpful.

The property is community like. .Office staff member Candee is amazing she should be the face of the property. Candee escorted me threw the entire process like a son. Any and every question or concern I had she was there literally a phone call away to this day, a listening ear and a new friend of mine at the new place I call home.

The new management is amazing! It’s a pretty quite and overall chill place to live. They always have friendly staff and keep the place very clean. The apartments are huge for the price you pay and not out of date.

I lived there for 5 years and absolutely loved it. The staff was very friendly and always treated me like a valued tenant. The place was well maintained and repairs were always done in a timely manner. The location was perfect and near everything I needed . I would highly recommend living there

Living here was a great experience. My apartment was nice and the staff was fantastic. Anytime I had an issue it was almost always resolved the same day. Everyone from the staff to the other residents were very friendly!

I have lived here for 3 years and Im only moving (to the sister complex) for personal reasons. I love the staff they are very quick to respond to any problems I run into. Ms Candee is the best.

It’s so quiet at Brandywine! I never see any neighbors and it’s so quiet I love it. Busy street but as long as it’s peaceful I’m good.
