Time: November 2021 - Jan 2022Pro: quiet community. Everyone minds their own business. FREE COVERED parking. Shout out to the Maintenance team quick and friendly! I always get all my requests done within the same day. No ants or bugs.Cons: it could use a touch up and an upgrade for the price we pay. Maybe just re-painting the outside of the buidlings would really help! Or repaint the cabinets inside the apartment.Communication could be better between the office and residents, sometimes when I called to ask for question, I feel like no one wants to talk and just felt like I was being brushed off.However, it is still very fairly priced compared to all the apartment complex around UTD. So many restaurants around the areas and quick access to all the major highways.So I would 10/10 recommend if you are NOT trying to live fancy and if you are trying stay in your budget.

Love The Park on Preston! Ive been here over a year. Just resigned a new lease. Quiet, clean lovely (landscaping and tons of trees) place to live. All of the neighbors are really friendly. The office staff is beyond perfect. Anything you ask them for or to do they go out of their way to accommodate. The maintenance staff (the 2 Joses) are so knowledgeable, kind, caring and always go out of there way to help extra if you need it. I wouldnt live any place else. I feel safe living here. Again, Thank You and extra kudos to the office staff and maintenance guys!!! Miss Vicky one very happy tenant.

I have been living here for I believe a year and a couple of months and my experience here has been good. I like that is quiet most of the time and I don’t have any problems. At the beginning I had minor water issues in my apartment but it was resolved after a couple of visits from maintenance. I really do appreciate the maintenance employees ! They’re always very respectful and efficient

The process to move in was easy. Elizabeth was very helpful and Patient. I like the apartments but I’ll definitely say I don’t like how they want to charge you fees once you move out and it’s not up to that standard when you moved in. It’s very quiet in the neighborhood. The gate is finally working. The parking is fair because we don’t pay for parking so you get what you get. Overall I’ll rate my 2 months of being here a 7/10 thus far.

Ms. Elizabeth has shown me the highest amount of hospitality I have ever met. Too many times have I entered into an apartment complex, to have the management treat me with no sense of importance or individuality. It was here at The Park on Preston where I for the first time felt like I was a unique individual. I greatly appreciate the respect and time she took to make sure that taken care of. I first noticed when she approached me differently than the last customer she spoke with. She even went the extra mile to make feel like I was at home. She was not just trying to make me feel to get another sale. I am grateful for her service and I hope that you take care of her.

I really like this apartment complex- I have lived here headed into 2 years. Pretty reasonable on rent price considering rent prices in DFW. Office staff, especially James A+. Maintenance is also an A+ they are very attentive to any maintenance issues. Max and Jesus are the perfect team on maintenance, very knowledgeable and explain every step they are taking to address your issue. Really quiet complex overall. No issues! Recommend renting here.

This place is very safe, especially now that the complexs gate is working. Unlike my previous apartment, at Park on Preston, nights are very quiet (the way theyre supposed to be, and sleep is not disturbed). Also, putting a work order and paying rent is very convenient now that theres a reliable app for that! Im honestly glad Im here. Did I forget to mention that they take towing cars seriously? (Speaking from an experience hehehe)

I’ve lived in many large/fancy apt complexes before and had many issues with unresponsive office staff. This place is run really well! The staff is amazing! The place was built in the 1970s, so nothing fancy, but honestly I’ve been pretty happy with the apt in the past 3 years I’ve been here. Very quiet! Great location! The office responses almost immediately! A special thanks to Crystal Rojas for ALWAYS responding to my requests and helping me with anything I need without hesitation! 🥰

Property is quite, private and well kept up to be built in 1964. It’s affordable and your paying for basic amenities. I love the fact you have washer n dryer hook up in the unit. The pool is always clean and nice. All the people in the office are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Especially the leasing agent Crystal. She made my move-in very easy, convenient, and stressful free. Maintenance men fix things quickly when asked. In my opinion it’s one of the best places to live in Texas, if your looking for affordable life-style living.

I had lived at Park on Preston from 2013-2017.I signed with Sandra. It was my first place on my own and they made it easy on me from signing the lease, to my move out day. The staff is more than happy to help all of their tenants. I not only experience good customer service but I witness it when Ive gone to the front office for any reason, and theyre with other people. Once my AC went out and they even offered me to stay in the model home to accommodate me for the night, but they had the AC fixed within a day! Ive never had a negative experience as long as Ive lived here because they are quick to take care of any concerns and the maintenance is great and very nice! A lot of the reviews are negative towards the staff but I honestly only had issues with the neighbors who refused to obey signs at the trash and just tossed their bags on the ground making it look messy! Again tho, the maintenance would be out first thing in the morning cleaning up and throwing the trash into the dumpsters! The apartments are in a great central location to everything and its tucked into a quiet area. I am sad to go but I was looking to move closer to family. Give Park on Preston a chance!

I will recommend this appartment because the ladies at the leasing office have a very good customer service. Especially Cardishea who help me through my moving process. the maintenance are super fast too, they work on your request quicker than my previous appartment. The manager has willingness to help.My only Claus is the guests parking, its just for 24 hrs. So, if you have guests spending 3 days you will have to register them everyday. I dont think its convenient. I think it should be pushed to 3 days/72 hours.Please ask for Cadeshia when you get here she will give you pleasant memories 😊

I have lived at the park on preston for over 3 years. Yea the buildings are older but its pretty quiet. I have never had issues with the staff. Sandra rented me my apt when I moved in and even as an assistant manager has always taken care of me. She is the reason I stayed. Natalie and Sandra are trying to make this a true community. Whenever Ive had an issue with maintenance they have always been there within a day to take care of it. One night my electricity kept going out. Jose came to help. He couldnt get it working at first but realized I had just bought a bunch of groceries for the kids. He stayed until almost midnight until it was fixed. He never complained once. Some of these reviews are bogus. I work in a business where people dont take care of their own stuff and blame it on us. Im sorry, if you dont pay your rent on time, which is very reasonable for this area, you may have to pay a fee. Read your lease. People complain about the parking, but maybe if there werent so many squatters taking up all of the spots there would be ample parking for those of us who live here legally. How can the office control what they dont know? I think they do their best to create a good living environment for the residents. So if you are a person who is looking for a reasonably priced apartment and will actually hold up your end of a legal lease...this is a good place to live.Once again, Jose came out twice to make sure my A.C. was working while my children were here. He always helps, is kind, and doesnt complain. Great service.

Lived here for going on 2 years now. The ladies in the office are always the most courteous and willing to help. Maintenance staff are also on point! I’ve had A/C problems but it’s usually taken care of within the same day or next. Pricing is fair especially for the area. Residents in the apartments are also pretty nice. The office always have events for the residents as well! Would recommend

Move-in maintenance staff have been extremely diligent and sincere so far. The location is just perfect for my work commute and safety. Our last day living here in these apartments is coming up and it is deeply saddening. My girlfriend and I have throroughly enjoyed living here for the past year. It is an older complex, but it didnt matter at all. All of the appliances worked efficiently and the complex was always well kept and clean. The best part of living here was the staff. The entire staff was wonderful and always extremely helpful. We couldnt have asked for a better first renting experience.

My roomate and i have lived here since the beginning of November. Im reading all of these comments very confused because ive never had a problem with any of the staff, in fact theyve all been extremely helpful to us. Ive never had any bugs in the house. Any time we have an issue maintenance comes as soon as they can and they fix it. Once all we had to do was flip the breaker to get an outlet working and he came and did it for us! Parking spaces are very small but as long as you know how to park you should be good. I really enjoy staying here.. and great prices!

Ages ago I lived here, now my sister lives here. If youre looking for a nice location, with affordable rents, this is hard to top. Im a Realtor and show a lot of lease properties. The on-site team is polite & professional, the apartments have great floorplans, the property is well maintained. Lots of trees, great parking, backs up to White Rock Creek.

Just moved into PoP and everyone in the office, especially Crystal Rojas is super nice. Despite Covid19 she has helped me tremendously get a new place. My only complaint is there is a bit of traffic in front of the complex but thats Preston Rd for you. Nice quiet community and the maintenance team is spot on. Definitely a great place to live.Update: Been here almost 2 years and if you need anything ask for Crystal. She has gone out of her way to help us since Covid started. Happy at home!

November will be 5 years that I have lived at the Park on Preston. Same unit and same leasing team (with a few changes in agents) but has always been Sandra and Zoraida from the beginning. I won’t deny that there were hiccups (like with any experience), but I feel we have come such a long way in my time living here and my respect for the leasing team is immense. It is quiet(about 3 years ago I had an issue with loudness with an upstairs neighbor but I’m certain enough people complained that it ceased in about 2 months), I like my neighbors, and the price I pay is truly incredible. I’ve been struggling a bit financially the last couple of years and unfortunately my rent has been late more times than I’d like to admit. The leasing team has always been understanding. In the current times of the global pandemic, I was not able to pay my rent for over a week. I got no late charges, and Zoraida was patient with my issue. I currently never want to move because I will never find a place with these prices, this safe neighborhood, and relationships I’ve made. Thanks!

I didn’t live here long but I have to give my honest opinion. The only thing I did not like was the gate. If you didn’t have a Texas number you couldn’t get a gate code SO that means your company can’t come in OR they have to wait for someone to come in. That’s wack. PARK ON PRESTON NEEDS BETTER PARKING! AND VISITORS PARKING! That’s about the only inconvenient thing. Everything else is cool.

I am very happy living here, the care is excellent. The maintenance men Max, Carlos and Jesús are very good. They always come to fix work orders quickly and efficiently. And the always attentive, kind and cordial attention of Miss Araceli in the office, always helping me with any questions or concerns I have.
