    The staff is super friendly! Always on top of any problem I have in my apartment. The ladies in the office always made me feel a part of their community there. The residents are super neighborly. The grounds are beautiful. Two pools!!! Great place to live!!

    My wife and I lived here for 3 years. We absolutely loved it. If there was ever an issue, they were quick to get someone over. The staff was EXTREMELY helpful and nice especially Ms Jamie. Maintenance was amazing!! Shout out to Joey! If there was ever anything we needed after hours we would call and leave a message and someone who was on call would call us right back never took more than 15 min. We felt safe there was a cop who lived on site who also did security. Laundry rooms were located throughout the property. Oh did I mention that there was not one but TWO pools. So if there were a lot of people at one we always had the option of going to the other. We moved from a one bedroom apartment to a 2 bedroom townhome and they had just redone the inside of the townhome it was beautiful. Pest control was frequent so no critters. Its on a bus line and there is a circle K across the street! I really loved living here :) 🧡🖤🧡🖤 10000000/10 recommend living here!

    I have been moved in for almost 2 months now and for the first time in a long time it feels like home. Jamie, the property manager, has been so attentive to make sure everything went smooth in the move and getting in. The Maintenance men Joey and Robert obviously dont play about the property. I filled out my move in sheet and they were on fixing any hiccups, and btw the only hiccup was a vent fan and a diverter in the shower. Im a previous homeowner and going through a divorce and had to move away from my last apartments due to lack of Care for the property and tenants. You can tell that the whole property team takes pride in what they do. The pool is always clean and they also have an amazing gym. Im very happy choosing the Oasis and look forward to a couple of years till I buy again.

    As a visitor and former vendor the apartment manger Jamie was easy to work with and was always there to help with any needs. The maintenance staff always assisted when needed. The property was always clean. We loved working with them

    The staff are very friendly and it’s a great place to stay. The residents here are friendly and it’s pretty quiet for the most part. I have absolutely enjoyed my stay here

    Older apartments. Well maintained. Property manager has ZERO chill when it comes to taking care of the tenants. Her and the entire maintenance team are top tier and I can’t say enough good things.

    I have lived here for well over a year, I love living here. The only negative I had was that it took so long for the hot water to kick in. I had to run the kitchen sink, the bathroom and the tub all at the same time to get it to kick in. Even after doing that, it still took 20 minutes. The new apartment manager just fixed all of that, I have instant hot water and I am extremely grateful for the work she is doing. In my honest opinion, she is absolutely amazing for getting to the route of the problem and listening to the tenants. She is my new hero!!!! Thank you so very much.

    Ive been a resident for almost 2 years now and I have had no problems. I think its a great place to live. Since they have changed out the staffing I really enjoy talking with everyone in the office, super nice and professional. Misty and Veronica thanks so much for making sure that my work order was taken care of. I definitely would recommend this property

    Cheyenne and Jamie are absolutely amazing! Incredibly helpful, understanding, and kind. They really made my time at St. Charles Place a pleasant experience. Although the building is older the property is well kept and the interior is very well kept and updated to current style and expectations. This place is a real gem when considering the pricing and amount of space provided. I recommend this location to anyone looking for a nice place at a more than affordable price. Thank you to the St. Charles Place staff for showing that you value your residents and strive to give them the best service possible! You guys rock!

    Always good service for fast maintenance calls. New management and staff are super friendly, unlike the old management. I’d definitely recommend living here with the staff they have now! Even the property looks better, and when you call they are quick to take care of you. New management is respectful and professional.

    The maintenance staff is friendly and hard working. Jamie and Kristen, the ladies in the office, are always kind, compassionate and understanding. I’ve lived there for two years and absolutely love it 💯💯💯💯💯😍😍😍😍😍😍😇😇😇😇

    Staff has shaped up with lots of transition and on the grind to make property the best. The manager Misty is very knowledgable and friendly. She will evict though if rent not paid. I would recommend 5/5.

    We have lived here a little over 2 months and absolutely love it!!!! Misty white is the best!! She has fixed all of our minor problems and concerns immediately with such good service !! We love it here and recommend it!!!!

    Ive been living here since 2013 and seen the management come and go.Misty and her staff are 1 of kind.Misty goes above and beyond her residents need.Shelton new maintenance supervisor is amazing with his guys.Jamie been here since day 1 and such a good site in front office .Cheyenne is amazing as well.l love St.Charles
