As a first-time landlord, I’m grateful for Chris’s expert guidance throughout the tenant search process. He explained everything clearly and ensured a smooth transition with the new tenant. I thoroughly enjoyed working with him and in the process learnt a lot as well. What I really liked is that he always goes the extra mile to answer all the questions that you have (irrespective of how silly it is) and ensure you’re satisfied/ convinced. He never pushes you to take a side. He always listens to you and presents both sides of the coin to allow you decide for yourself. I would definitely work with Chris again!

I’ve been working with Mardia Group as my rental property manager for about three years now, and I can confidently say they’ve been a total game-changer. Before them, I went through three different property managers, each worse than the last. Even though I owned more than 10 properties, I was never able to turn a profit—until Mardia Group stepped in.The last property manager I dealt with was outright hostile, refusing to turn over records, security deposits, or even the keys to my own properties. Chris Farr personally took it upon himself to track them down and wouldn’t leave their office until they finally complied. I rate 4 because its buisness. Nobodys buisness is perfect. Your gonna run into problems that can never make everyone happy. Many tenants many homes. Imagine having to go through application after application. Its tedious. I utilize my tenant portal like everyone should. Imagine getting many of request a day to fix something. They are human and they have jobs as well. YOUR NOT THE ONLY TENANT OR PERSON THAT APPLIES. Some people say they just want money. Im sorry but, their in business, wouldnt you want money? Yes its about helping families find a community of their liking. But I say, if you ever have a problem with anything in your home theyll come fix it. They will. Try to help the situation. Dont tear up the home but, when your all out of solutions utilize the portal its very user friendly. I only bother them when I have exhausted my know how. When they send someone just know its buisness. You never want to lose but gain. Seriously, people will slander @the very first chance they get about anything. Maybe in the past they were working kinks out and it upset some people. My experience with them has been fine. So before you complain, SWEEP AROUND YOUR DOORSTEP
