The office people have always helped me with any problem I have had so I am very grateful and happy to be able to live here in these apartments.

I have lived here for 2 weeks now everyone is very very nice The office staff is wonderful and they get back to you so quick if you have a maintenance issue Ive gotten a call within an hour of making a request thats unheard of I would recommend applying to the hollows if youre looking for a place to live if you want a quiet place this is your place its nice and quiet and its covered in trees so its shady its beautiful and again my leasing agent Tanisha was wonderful she calls me back personally every time I put a a maintenance order in which is only been twice but nonetheless its a great place to live

I have been here for over 15 months (resign for another 15), and this place is absolutely quiet. My work orders are being fixed as soon as possible, and stuff is very well attended. Its very clean, and theres always someone in the morning picking up trash that only trash ppl throw in the ground, but the place is, on most parts, clean. Ill take one star 🌟 only for the parking lot but theres a lot of space to park. I just didnt like that there was no ppl parking next to my apartment, but since they saw I set CAMARAS, everyone wanted to park on front.PARKING LOT NEEDS ATENTION AND SET DESIGNED FOR EVERYONE

I usually only post bad reviews lol. But Ive lived here since January and I love it. I am very picky and had low expectations for the price. Today my ac went out and they came out and had it fixed in less than an hour! Usually other apartments will take days or weeks. This is also the first apartment Ive lived in that Ive never seen roaches. Which is amazing considering the age of the property. The mailboxes are secure and not being broken into and the washers and dryers actually work. I am very happy I moved here. My last complex was a nightmare. The only thing is that there are several stray dogs that live in the property. They seem to stay away from humans but it still makes me nervous especially with kids. Overall I would definitely recommend.

Lived here for years with my daughter and we love it! Very cozy spot, great location and the staff is amazing! Maintenance and front office are always responsive. I was skeptical about this place when reading the reviews too, but I’m so glad I took a chance on this hidden gem! I haven’t seen a single roach or any bug for that matter in my apartment in my 3 years of living here and when I had a wasps nest above my patio door, I notified the lady’s in the office and pest control was here that next day! Of course they’re not luxury living and the property is older, but I knew that when applying. If you’re the “high maintenance” type then this placeisn’t for you, but if you’re looking for an affordable, safe and reliable place I definitely recommend!

I lived here for 6 years. Honestly, overall it was good. We just didnt like the way they handled the fees when we moved out. We took care of all the fees on time and then we received another letter 5 months after we had moved out trying to charge us for a carpet replacement. It just didnt make sense and it looked very unprofessional of them. Like I said, overall I liked staying here. They just need to be more organized on how they charge fees so that it can be taken care of on time.

Great location, horrible service. You need your apartment sprayed for bugs because there are all kinds since we are so close to the trail we get every insectç. They put bandaids on ur issues at ur apt The apartment are use to bandaid it and and look what happened ⅝⁴⅘my it.

Myra & Erin in the office are very great; so very helpful & answer any questions or concerns you may have, so far so great living here. They are on point with their work orders, & make sure it all gets taken care of in a timely manner & made sure its done right the first time. We had some problems with washer/dryer & they made sure to come in & switch them out for even BETTER ones & all within the next day, very great job ladies & to the maintenance men as well for doing things in a timely manner, & quick & mess-free! Thank you!

Lived her 5 plus years. Far from luxury. It is a little gem if you are not looking for fancy and can handle some really ugly old cabinets and rusted Pipes. There are a lot of long term residents here and mostly quite. It is nice to know who your neighbors are. Maintance is pretty good. Office staff is friendly. The 0roperty is without a doubt dates,but sometimes that may be just what you need. The live oaks are gorgeous. I rarely see children here

Currently living here. It has it ups n downs, but still a good place to live here if ur single or if its your 1st time renting an apartment. Only issue I had was my ac unit being outdated, but it has now been replaced. Other then that I actually like it here. Front office is nice and respectful.

Aby, Amanda, Brittany... and the Office Staff make my Year living there one of the best. i really dont care about the neighbors, but when i had an issue with the AC or other stuff they worked fast and attend me in the greatest way. A very nice and very polite personnel those Ladies were always there answering my calls, picking up my mail. The only thing i have to say is Thank you for making my life there a good one.

I got a good deal, but I’m couldn’t be happier to move.-I’ve had maintenance people come into my apt. While I was in the shower w my door open, which was very scary to me since my husband was gone for the military so it was just me. They left but when I moved in I checked the box of the option to not have them go in w/o me there. (Opening the door)-Everything is made from the cheapest items they can find , I tripped and hit my head on the wall and it went straight through.-Water from the shower messes up the cheap cabinets and wallpaper.-They made me take my white ribbons off my patio but my neighbor has all her Xmas stuff still out. It’s July-they power wash the patios and messed up my outside door it had pieces missing and it was peeing, I called it in but I’m going to have to pay for that.-my ac broke down twice both times I was the last one of the day bc it wasn’t a priority...in the summer.They’re making new apts around here and there’s an all bills paid down the street. Just move along from here. I mean just read the rest of the reviews smh.

I dont know about everyone else but I love it here I have been treated very kindly by the office staff and when I was going through stuff they were willing to help me out. Of course no place is perfect and you are not the only one living here so be patient I see the reviews that say they came a week later to fix something small or they did come in a timely manner thats nothing compared to the places I have lived before try having not hot water for six months and having to go to another apartment to shower or having your roof cave in on you while in the shower and things leaking on you and no one EVER came to fix it I would have taken to wait a week over not fixing it at all.. they just redid all the roofs and are working their way up these apartments are not new and I am sure you were aware of that when you moved in. But I think they are doing a great job and would recommend this place to anyone I know.

The hollows are very excellent to live in and the office service is very professional and pleasant, they really help you solve if you ever have any type of problems in your apartment. And they do everything possible to make you happy. The quality of these apartments is in excellent condition.They are pretty good and cheap. I recommend them to you.

Always kind, cordial, always helps, solves, solves.He is very kind, gentle, always with good treatment...Excellent service....Thank you!Regarding the apartment. I have noticed a lot of cockroach infestation, there are too many no matter how clean and clean they are.
