The Hills of Kingswood is a premier custom gated community. The lot sizes range from a quarter acre to one acre. Some families have bought a few one acre lots for their dream homes. This community has attracted the best builders in the DFW area with some flying in for their clients.I love biking on their private trail and enjoy hiking through the 800-acre city park directly behind this development. The guard house looks more like one of the many mansions in this community providing a secure feeling to myself and other residents -
