You will love this place. Recently moved out and already regretting it. I loved the apartment it was very spacious and amenities are always clean and working. The leasing team was top tear, Mia was very helpful and friendly any time we had a questions. If you like the night life this complex is definitely your place, you get to walk to all the clubs and bars not to mention plenty of new places to try. The views from the patios are insane especially if you are facing downtown view. Of course this means there will be some traffic going home on the weekends, but totally worth it. Work orders were completed on time by the maintenance team, and they have residents events every month. We actually won several good high valued prices. You donāt hear a lot of noise from your neighbors unless you have a āsensitive Nancyā as a neighbor. The garage had plenty of parking and elevators were never a problem. I understand that people are reviewing this place because it went viral, due to an incident. But this is an honest review from someone who actually lived at the complex place and enjoyed every bit of it. Hope this helps. -

I absolutely love living at the Hamilton, and a big part of that is thanks to the incredible leasing teamāMia, Val, and Mario and the conciergeāsā Kedra, Miss Jay and Michael. From the moment I toured the property, they made the experience so smooth and welcoming. They were knowledgeable about everything I asked, incredibly kind, and really took the time to ensure I felt confident about my decision. They even surprised me with a thoughtful gift when I moved in, which was such a nice touch!The property itself is clean, well-maintained, and feels very inviting. The residents here are friendly and create a great sense of community, which is something I really value. On top of that, the maintenance team is on top of their gameāwork orders are always completed in a timely manner, which makes living here stress-free.I also canāt overstate how convenient the location is. Being so close to everything has made life much easier, and I truly feel like Iām living in the perfect spot. I honestly have no complaints and am so happy I chose this place. If youāre looking for a place to call home, I highly recommend checking it outāand be sure to talk to Mia, Val, and Mario! Theyāre amazing. -

I am beyond excited to call this property my new home! From the moment I started my application process, Mia was an absolute gemāso dedicated, respectful, and genuinely personable. She made everything feel effortless, guiding me every step of the way with kindness and professionalism.On move-in day, Val was incredibly accommodating and helpful, ensuring that everything went smoothly. Her support made the transition easy and stress-free, and I truly appreciated her attentiveness.The staff here is incredible; they truly care about the residents, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The building itself is stunning, reflecting quality and elegance in every detail. Im in love with my beautiful apartment, which is both spacious and well-maintained, making it feel like a sanctuary.The location couldnt be betterāitās convenient to everything I need yet still feels like a peaceful retreat. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a new home. Given my wonderful experience, its hard to understand how anyone could leave a negative review here. I chose the Hamilton after relocating from out-of-state. I spent almost a year flying back-and-forth touring apartments trying to find the right space. After touring easily 50 apartments in the DFW area, the moment I saw the Hamilton I knew I found the one!! I cannot say enough about the front desk staff, they are absolutely phenomenal. I wouldāve never gotten this done without Mia and Val. I had a delivery snafu and had furniture delivered while I was out of state and the front desk girls took care of everything ensuring all of my items got safely into my apartment. They never made me feel like I was inconveniencing them. And for the record, this was multiple deliveries over a weeks span.The building Itself is extremely well-maintained, always clean!! Definitely a pet friendly Complex. I believe thereās a dog washing station downstairs - personally I donāt have pets, but I do appreciate that even though a lot of the residents do, it never smells like dog pee here! There are monthly activities for the residence: pool parties, happy hours, game nights, all catered with food and drinks. Itās a great way to get to know your neighbors! I have put in a couple of maintenance request, nothing major, but they have always responded to the repairs within 24 hours. If there was one piece of feedback for maintenance its to be mindful for residences that work from home when you come in for repairs. There have been times when Iāve been on a work call with the camera on and they might start talking to me about the repair. In the bigger scheme of things āfirst world problemsā, but technically Iām working and my coworkers can now see you lolLocation, location, location! You can walk to a ton of restaurants, bars, and shops. Walking distance to the farmers market and easy access to the freeways. Moving from out of state, Iāve heard a lot of mixed reviews on Deep Ellum and it not being safe. Iāve never had any problems, but I will say parking is not convenient for guest, especially on the weekends.The units: Great size washer and dryer, gas stove, wine fridge, TONS of cabinet storage. High ceilings, built-in speakers and blackout shades in the bedroom.I absolutely love living here!!! -

The team quickly processed my approval and finalized the lease after verifying my information. I truly felt welcomed. I love living at the Hamilton! Its such a great location, walking distance to many restaurants and bars and easy access to the freeway. This complex has the most friendly residents Ive ever experienced. The staff is kind, maintenance is quick, the amenities are great and the views are amazing. Also, if you have a dog there is a pet retreat across the street which is so convenient. Cant say enough great things about this place. -

I thought Id give a more detailed review from my previous one, now that Ive lived here for a year and a half.PROS:The unit/building itself are gorgeous, my favorite features are:- Floor to ceiling windows and the ceilings are taller than most apt buildings.- Bathrooms are my favorite. They are really large in size and the shower/tub combination is amazing. The water pressure and water temperature are euphoric. I love it.- Gas stove in the kitchen for those who cook.- Tons of built in storage; my unit even has an additional storage closet on the balcony.- Edit to my review - I do hear my neighbors above and below me.- Were on a hospital grid. So when Dallas gets crazy storms, we never lose power- Elevators have only gone down once or twice in the last year and a half and it was only one of the elevators. We have FOUR total elevators, 1 freight elevator and 3 regular elevators. Moving from a different high rise where all the elevators were constantly down gave me PTSD. Im very pleased with how seldom this happens here.- Maintenance is very quick and responsive. Armando is my amazing. Things usually get fixed the next day or at the longest 3 days if its not an emergency.- Cleanliness: Ive complimented Natalie (the property manager) on the cleanliness multiple times. There are cleaning ladies that vacuum the common hallways, clean the elevators, the lobby, the pool area, and gym 5 days a week (just not on weekends). Given the area where people party and will make a mess on the weekends, it is cleaned by Monday every week. Also, theres a guy that picks up the litter and even the dog poop from the irresponsible residents who dont pick up after their pets 5 days a week. That is a big deal for me who is pretty OCD and it makes me feel proud to have people come over.- Security is pretty good. Theres always Dallas PD a block away given this is a high crime area. Theres also several security guys patrolling the entire block. We also usually have an off duty cop that lives in the building.- Management here is the best Ive ever experienced. Theyre really responsive and great about keeping us informed about stuff going on in the building or in our area. Natalie genuinely cares. Shes super accommodating if you have any issues and even takes note of my suggestions and Ive seen her make changes based on my feedback, which makes me feel heard and cared for. The other leasing staff are also so friendly and nice. Lastly, they throw some awesome resident events where Ive made several friends in the building!CONS:- Noise: While I dont hear my neighbors very often, the cars and motorcycles that rev their engines are super loud and obnoxious. The constant sirens make my dog go nuts on a daily and Louies Piano bar will launch a random firework here and there. You should take that into account about living in the city where all the nightlife happens.- Guest parking: Theres only 6 free parking spots, otherwise, guests will have to pay the meter IF they can find street parking (which is at risk of getting broken into or hit by a drunk driver). Theres also a parking garage around the corner that is like $7/1 hour, $14/2 hours, $21/3 hours and then $25/24 hours. I generally just tell my friends to Uber since most of them live in the city and it keeps my company from overstaying their welcome.- Traffic: is annoying. The bars down Good Latimer are a nightmare (which is the common route on Google Maps) to drive down due to Bottled Blonde, Citizen, etc. Then the valet from the Kimpton hotel and Harpers makes it even more annoying to simply get to our garage entrance. Youll have to deal with that. There are a lot of places that are walking distance if you enjoy going out. I dont go out, so this doesnt bother me too often.- The garage gate does break often, but thats because we get idiot residents who somehow run into the garage gate immediately after it gets fixed. -

Well I will leave my review at 3 stars until I move out. So far, the leasing process was easy but kinda sucks that the apartment wasnāt cleaned, appliances werenāt checked, and small things like the shower door being hard to close werenāt looked at. So I would definitely leave that as a big L so far since move in.3 Month update: Apartment maintenance staff are very friendly and so are most of the tenants. The front office folks are also great, even the overnight ones! Getting into the apartmentās garage can get a bit difficult on Friday and Saturday nights, but thatās because of the nightlife. So far, the garage doors have not broken down as some reviews say, so worry not! Some things I have learned, if the power goes out, prepare to use the stairs as there are no backup generators. If you like to cook, there is no actual range hood, so youāll just get the top cabinet dirty when you use the microwaveās fan. Also, the cabinet shelves are held up with prongs, not screwed in, so you canāt really store a lot of heavy stuff *learned that after my plates took an L :(. But so far, 3 months in, I canāt really complain! Rent and utilities (water, gas, and trash) are easily paid through their website or app (tried both, they work without any issues!), the events held by āthe Hamilton girlsā are pretty cool, the coffee machine is always stocked and everyone is respectful. Hope some of this helps!Final Review: We ended up moving after around 8 months since we bought a home. After living here for that long, I can tell you this apartment complex is a great place to live in! My move out experience was great, Val was super helpful in all questions I had and offered to help in whatever she could. The staff overall was a joy to work with, Mia and even the new guy Mario! The maintenance staff was super helpful as well, quickly fixed the dishwasher and fridge with no problems! The neighbors here are all super nice and kind, never failing to get a āhelloā in the elevator for sure! Some of the common things I have seen in reviews, āthe garage door was always brokenā, in my time here I was only broken once but fixed within a few hours. āCar is always being broken intoā, also not true, we never received an email about a break in (which btw, the staff communicates everything that happens on the complex, both good and bad)! āStaff is mean and unhelpfulā, itās also not true, anytime I had a question they took the time to answer it or let me know theyād text or email me later to answer!Enough of that, overall, if you want to live near Downtown Dallas and Deep Ellum, this is the place to be at! I would recommend The Hamilton 100%!p.s: if you have guests come over a lot, parking can be a pain, so parking around the block near the train stop is the best idea! -

Culturally the residents are diversed and make this a wonderful environment for everyone. All the ladies that work here make sure you are comfortable and cater to your needs as a resident. The maintenance crew is always ever responsive and efficient. Every floor is cleaned everyday, they work so hard, thank you. -

Dobby, The Doberman :Ive had an absolutely wonderful experience being a part of the pet community at The Hamilton at the Epic. Moving into a high-rise home with my human has been a dream come true. The staff and residents have welcomed us with open arms, and Iām just loving life here. We have made so many new friends and thereās always something for us to do and so many new scents to me to explore. Sorry for accident in the in the elevator š¢The human:I must give a special shout-out to the cleaning crew at The Hamilton. They are nothing short of amazing. On one occasion, Dobby had a minor accident in the elevator ā it was one of those oops moments every pet parent dreads. But even before I could report the incident, the cleaning crew was already there, handling the situation. Their quick response and friendly demeanor made what could have been an embarrassing situation completely stress-free.Its the little things like this that truly show the care and thoughtfulness put into the community here. The Hamilton isnt just pet-friendly; itās pet-loving! Living here has brought so much joy to both me and Dobby, and Im incredibly grateful to be a part of this vibrant community. The Hamilton at the Epic is the perfect high-rise home for humans and their furry companions alike. -

Donāt listen to all the negative reviews you read about The Hamilton! I am not trying to discredit anyone who has had a bad experience living here, however many of these reviews are either from someone nitpicking one specific incident that didnāt go their way, or from people who are not even residents.With that being said, here is an honest review of my experience living here. I have lived at The Hamilton for nearly 2 years and can say I have no desire to leave. For sure a 10/10 from me.Pros***-amazing layout, upscale, modern living with floor to ceiling windows-very soundproof walls so you cannot hear your neighbors at all. This includes people above you as well!-the staff here are very helpful and will go above and beyond for your needs.-maintenance is the best Iāve ever experienced. Seriously.-amazing views of Dallas-walkable to several places-area is developing rapidly with several nicer places popping up all around- a very clean community (power washing garages, hallways vaccumed, windows cleaned, etc.)-efficient, functional, elevators (Iāve lived at other places where theyāre always down or take forever)-nice appliances, gas stove top-just a very comfortable place to live-the people in the community are awesome-great amenities such as a nice gym, and a chill rooftop pool-saying it again, for the price, the units are stunning. Iāve toured several other places that are in ābetter areasā that donāt look half as nice as the Hamilton yet cost the same or more.-easy access in and out-many many other prosCons***-guest parking isnāt the easiest, particularly on weekends. We thought this would be a much bigger issue when we moved in, however itās been pretty easy to manage as long as you donāt have someone coming over every single day-the gate to parking garage is broken frequently however this is mainly due to people being awful drivers and continuously hitting the gate to break it. You canāt blame this on the apartment complex since it is something that they cannot control. Whenever it does get broken, the management team jumps on it asap and will hire security to sit in front of the gate starting that same day to make sure the garage is still being monitored until the gate is fixed (they redid the gate a couple months ago with a new retracting mechanism and it seems to be holding up pretty well)-there is definitely some street noise that comes through the windows, but you get used to it and I have never found it to be much of an issue.-since the Hamilton shares a through street with the Kimpton hotel, Komodo, and Harperās, it can get congested in the evening time particularly on weekends. This can cause it to take a couple extra minutes to get into the parking garage since cars will be backed up on the street.-we all know deep Ellum can be a little sketchy especially in the evening but it doesnāt really effect us since the hamilton is located across the street from the messiness and itās in a really nice block.Again, although there are cons, a lot of these issues are me just nitpicking and trying to be honest. In reality, these issues are so minuscule that it has no effect on my day to day living at The Hamilton.When it comes to the management team, I have never had any issues. I read about all these complaints regarding this, that, and the other when it comes to the leasing agents but what I donāt understand is why people are having so many negative interactions with them. Just pay your rent on time and donāt do anything illegal and you wonāt be bothered? Maybe thereās just something that Iām missing but in 2 years of living here, Iāve never been harassed or disrespected by anyone in the front office. Always been positive.All in all, I would absolutely recommend the Hamilton to someone who is looking for an upscale place to live in Dallas. Just like anywhere, there are always going to be flaws since itās impossible to cater to every single person in the world, however I can confidently say the pros significantly outweigh any of the cons. Hence why I am giving this place 5 stars. -

Iāve been living here since mid 2021 & can not be happier with my apt! If you have high expectations of hi-rise living youāll want to check The Hamilton out! Our uncompromising safety, the amenities such as the gym, lounges, bike-storage, pet-wash, coffe station Jo, our secured delivery mail-lockers, the friendly ppl/neighbors, our monthly community gathering/events held by staff, The Epic surrounding buildings & features & our lovely & hot staff doesnāt hurt at all.Top-Notch apts plans & modern features makes this feel like HOME SWEET HOME. Although it would be nice to have the bar back open on the weekends, we do have many choices of walking-distance hot-spots to hit up if youāre looking for dinner, shopping or a night-cap. Like all places sometimes there are hiccups, but not anywhere near as other lux hi-riseās in the DT Dallas area. Come have a look at our distinguished art & pristine halls alone to discover one of the BEST spots to live in in the DT/Deep Ellum area.~Happy resident/21st floor -

I am writing this review based on my experience living at the Hamilton, not because of the eviction of someone not on the lease. Our time at this residence was excellent, and I want to commend the staff and management for their exceptional treatment. Whenever there was a maintenance issue or any other concern, the staff at the Hamilton were consistently helpful. The property has been well-maintained and kept clean thanks to the dedicated staff. Natalie, the current property manager, has been outstanding and personable during our stay. Even after moving away for a few years, we were warmly welcomed back by the staff, who treated us like family. We had no trouble viewing available units upon our return. Its disheartening to see negative reviews from individuals who have never lived here. -

Great experience. I have been living here for over a year, and been enjoying the professionalism of the management team, administrators, staff, the overall safety and hygiene of the building, and amenities. For a relevant opinion, I want to start by saying that situations arise and things happen; here and anywhere, but the way they are addressed and solved is where the difference is made. There has not been an instance, soft or severe in which, as a client and resident, have felt left behind, neglected, and moreover, have always been met by firm solutions and considerate, professional approaches. Although the whole staff has been more than great to me, regardless of the circumstances, I do want to point out the building manager, Natalie, that has been one of the few professionals I have observed lately to do their job above and beyond. In a world where most search just the minimal limit for a paycheck, and break the door when the bell rings, she is the type that would personally, on her own terms and willingly, go the extra mile; if more would see the extra mile the way she sees it, the world would definitely be a much better place. Ryane has also been an instrumental part of the well being of the building and its residents, and the chemistry in their team can be felt all around. Unfortunately and fortunately in the same time, such rare professionals will move on, be promoted and follow their path to bigger and greater, but when the time will inevitably come, be sure a team of well trained and enthusiastic staff will be left to hold the fort, ready to help, and properly fulfill their job duties, a rare commodity, especially lately. Never had an issue that has not been resolved swiftly, general ground maintenance and cleaning is done on a day to day basis, the parking lot is safe and monitored closely, poll area is kept up, gym is properly ventilated and clean, 24 hour staff, well built construction. I do recommend giving it a try, and living here. Probably one of the best places to be in town. -

I have enjoyed my time at the Hamilton. I had a corner unit with the best view, elevators always worked (which is rare in high rises) Mia and Alyssa were always super helpful, quick and friendly. Super grateful for them. Moving in I was a bit hesitant of the location but it was a peaceful and quiet experience 99% of the time. The gate kept breaking for a while but then the management team found a great solution and havenāt had a problem since. Resident events are fun and great community builders. The units are so well built and luxurious. Maintenance requests are always answered within 24 hours. Overall an amazing experience! -

Ive been at The Hamilton for 3 years. The location is the BEST and the area is walkable. You have access to the public transportation and the train , restaurants, bars and shops are all within a 10 minute walk. The staff and concierge is on site 7 days a week. The staff is very responsive and accommodating and each month they have social events for us which includes games , food and full bar. And we also have events at local restaurants around the area. The tenants are very diverse so youll fit right in. -

I cannot say enough about how much I love this building. The staff is top-notch. We always receive a warm, friendly greeting upon entering the lobby. Any concerns or questions we may have are always quickly and professionally resolved. Maintenance requests are addressed, most often on the same day placed, by very courteous and helpful building staff. The common areas and elevators are always immaculate, kept so by the charming ladies on the cleaning crew. I am always so happy to run into them, because they are quick to greet you with a smile. The staff throws regular events for the residents, and it is clear that they put a lot of thought into making these events comfortable and fun for us. As a tenant, I genuinely feel appreciated and valued here ā This is lacking in many buildings in the downtown Dallas area. It is apparent that The Hamilton at the Epic is maintained with a great deal of pride and professionalism. I love calling this building home. -

I just moved in about 3 weeks ago. So far I am loving the building and the location. Mary the property manager was very helpful and responsive before and after move-in. The only issue Ive had was the water wasnt connected to the new dishwasher and it was fixed very promptly. The rest of the staff is always pleasant and the gym and other amenities are always nice and clean. The building is very dog friendly as well which is a huge plus for me. Would recommend! -

Full transparency, I do not live here, but I did recently visit my buddy here and felt that I should leave a review to help the place out.This place was fantastic. Parking garage was nice and clean and you definitely feel safe leaving your car in here. The entire building has character in its design and decor and had a really modern yet, artsy vibe to it. The property is great for walkability and twice while I was here we went out to eat and it was less than a 5 minute walk to several great spots.The amenities here were in great condition and everything worked. Pool was a bit small if there is going to be a lot of utilization but when I was out there with no one it was plenty big. Gym had the essentials and a bit more, but dumbbells only go up to 50 lbs.The units were beautiful. The views of the city were great and it was very modern interiors. The raised ceilings were a nice touch and the dimmer lights paired perfectly with it. Floor to ceiling windows in the unit. Lots of storage and a great amount of space for the unit my friend had. I come from Austin and the price you are paying here seems like a phenomenal deal! -

I moved to The Hamilton 3 weeks ago. I had a great experience working with Mia and Val. They have done a great job at making me and my family feel welcome and appreciated š. Any issues that I have brought to the attention of staff @ The Hamilton have been resolved to my expectations. The application & move in was simple both Val and Mia did everything to assist me in this process. Our most recent resident event @ Kamodo was so nice and we look forward to more good times in the future. Im really happy to be a resident.Update: another wonderful nogjy at the Hamilton resident Halloween party. It was good food,good vibes and guess who won the halloween raffle (basket). Cant thank you enough Hamilton staff for anther lovely event and the basket is beautiful. Thank you staffā¤ļø. Also want to say a huge thanks to Mario from the maintenance team for always making timely repairs and doing so with a smile. -

Where to start...The building? Everything is brand new, modern, high tech and absolutely gorgeous. The rooms have so much space, enough storage for everything you could think of and more. Beautiful granite counter tops, hard wood floor, stainless steel appliances and a ton of cool special features. The amenities are amazing, plentiful and visually appealing. Brand new pool, state of the art gym... The list goes on and on.Best of all is the management office.. quick, efficient, responsive I mean, absolutely fantastic. My showing, move-in and excessive amount of questions have all been personally handled by Elle and I couldnāt be happier with the service. I moved cross country from Chicago to Dallas and she went above and beyond to guarantee that I had a smooth, stress free move.Thank you Elle and Thank you to the rest of the Hamilton community that make living here such a joy.I would recommend this building to anyone and everyone who asks me where to live.It doesnāt get better than The Hamilton. -

Currently living here and no major complaints so far. Staff and concierge team are professional, kind, and prompt when addressing a request. Only issue would be the parking garage gate being intermittently out of order, but that is dealt with by the team by hiring more security to man the gate and hodor (hold the door) -

Big shout out to Quentin for being so so patient and informative during my lease signing- he went as far as to take measurements for the units I was interested in to make sure I was getting what I wanted.I just re-signed my lease here at the Hamilton for another year. Elle Stiles assisted me with the process. Elle has assisted me with many times during my stay at the building and has always resolved my problems! She is always friendly and works diligently. Thank you Elle Stiles for making my life a little bit easier and making The Hamilton feel like a home. -

Before this building was complete I was waiting for it to be completed. Ive stayed downtown a few years ago and this building put me back in the area I wanted to be in. Although my move-In isnt until late October Im stoked! LaDonna and the assistant Manager Nicole are EXCELLENT. They really made it possible to get approved and no matter how many visits ( Several btw lol) they always have been nice and courteous. As for the area, Deep Ellum is full of different culture and Yes a few homeless people but I have stayed alone and never felt worried. As for the comment from someone about the area use common sense and protect yourself. I have always made sure to be in a safe area and the building is safe as far as security so dont let that discourage you. Brand new building, brand new apartment and amenities, brand new views. This is my #1 choice for where I want to live. -
