I am so grateful for Cami. Not only is she knowledgeable and transparent, but she is also genuine, caring and an active listener. My daughter and I moved in this past weekend. She’s truly been a blessing to us! During the application process, and even after, Cami kept open communication with me consistently. She answered every question that I had, and I had a ton of them. She represents the true meaning of going above and beyond! Since we’ve moved in, the property has been so quiet and peaceful. The residents and staff are always smiling and so welcoming. The property is also very well kept and clean. In addition, there’s rarely a time when the pictures actually match the property once you see it “in-person.” In this case, the pictures do actually match the property. Schedule a tour and see for yourself. Oh, and ask for Cami… of course 🙂

I’m enjoying my experience here. The new management is really trying to make positive change. The pool has been bluer than ever. They constantly have resident events. The team in the office is really nice and their maintenance guys are very quick! I’m happy here and I’m sure it’s only going to get better. Not sure why they have so many negative reviews but take them with a grain of sat.

I’ve been living at The Everson for a while now, and the recent management change has definitely made a big difference. There’s been a lot of progress with maintenance and improvements! Nicole, a leasing agent, has been amazing—super helpful and always easy to work with. They’ve also started hosting more resident events, which adds a nice community feel. Overall, I’m really happy with the changes and excited to see what’s next!

The staff at the Everson were absolutely wonderful when I inquired about an apartment. Cami answered all my questions (which were a lot) and was super friendly. When I visited for a tour, Oraly was so personable and made the whole experience impeccable. She and Cami helped me with the application process which was super easy. However, being my first apartment search in years, I decided after applying that I needed more time. I called the office and spoke to Cynthia who was so nice and cancelled my application swiftly, all the while easing my concerns with assurance that a confirmation of the cancellation would be sent Monday. While I will not be moving in at this moment, I will definitely consider them in the future due to these three staff members and the beautiful property and apartment they showed me. I wish them the best and recommend anyone looking in the area, to check them out. While I may not have been ready, you may be:)

All three of the office ladies were great (Cynthia, Camey, and I didn’t get her name but she had a pony tail with a bang swoop) they worked as a team, the lady with the ponytail showed my the apartment and hand me do the application Camry then got everything emailed to her and Cynthia did her big one and made it happen. I told them on a Friday I needed a place by Monday and they did their thing and got me in by Monday like they said they would. I just moved in a few days ago and the amenities are great 24 hr gym, pool hours until 10pm, washer and dryer in the unit, balcony, and trash pick up.

These 5 stars are for Rojello who fixed the issue I have been having with my door- bugs entering and rain watering creating large puddles inside. Rojello is super kind and personable. Most importantly he takes great pride and care in the job tasks he is performing and does not stop until he is sure the job is complete. It is my hope that RPM management understands our needs as tenants and advance Rojello to higher heights to ensure our units are fully funtional. He is who this complex needs.Thank You RPM for your quick response in concerning my matter that I reported months and months ago to previous management.Also, it is always a pleasure to see Cami who has been a gem. I can truly say that the only reason I renewed my lease is because Cami is a pleasure.

I don’t live at these apartments myself, but my step mom does. I’ve been here like 3 times and i must say, it is beautiful! The pool is great and clean, the hallways and stairway is also very clean!This is a great place to live, I definitely enjoyed coming here.

I love it, the apartment is spacious and I have no problems with neighbors or anything, it is the feeling of living in a hotel, the elevators have made my life easier, I live on the 3rd floor and I have never been happy living upstairs... Everything is spacious and comfortable, hurry up to settle here and inaugurate an excellent home. The administration 10 out of 10, they are professional and efficient.The only thing is that I dont have storage anywhere, I had to rent one somewhere else, but it promises to build storage soon.
