I have been here almost 7 years now, I would never live anywhere else. Best cable, best internet, pet friendly, and best staff. Recently my above neighbors hot water heater broke after hours, and maintenance was there in less that 20 minutes to vacuum up the water. Then the managers office had professional cleaners there to shampoo my damp rug. The apartment complex keeps pet areas stocked with pick-up bags and containers emptied. The staff is very friendly, and a pleasure to know and talk to. They have helped me through many crises over the years, and good customer care cannot be surpassed or underestimated in taking good care of your residents.

Love the Drake been here for a few years. When I first moved over here I was in an apartment that was in the flood zone. I was promptly moved out of that apartment. Maintenance and Carpet care was right on the issue. The staff is nice and works with you. Thats why I call this place home...

I have lived here for almost 5 years now. The management team has always been kind and compassionate in my times of need, and the maintenance team has also been friendly, prompt, and successful in answering my questions and fixing my work requests in a timely and complete manner. Recently there was a fire in my building, and my dog and I were shaken up. Management put me in their Demo/Model apartment for two days. That was so kind and such a rescue that I will never forget it. Thanks to Management as well as Maintenance. Sunday, 06 Nov 2022.

I cant speak on any other residence but I can say the Drake Apts are some of the best Apts I have lived in. My air went out in my apartment and at first I thought it was maybe a little low on freon but Lil did I know the entire AC unit needed to be replaced. From management on down I have no complaints. They have been considerate of my feelings and my household. I woke up this morning to a brand new AC unit being installed from the roof to the inside...so just so you know I dont have any intentions of moving anywhere else anytime in the future. This is a place I call home 😍😍😍😍..

My brother lives here.. this place is not so bad and the surroundings ar clean .. maintenance is kept up.. pets are welcome from what Ive seen .. kid friendly and it seems to be a pretty safe place for Bossier City

The Drakes are some nice living quarters. I had a few bumps at first but with the help of the leasing consultant Mrs. Green. She was very tentative and helpful.
