I moved away from here about 2 months ago. The staff in the office are nice and professional and the apartments are nice but the maintenance issues and the upkeep on the outside is piss poor. I don’t know why the tenants refuse to lift the dumpster lid and throw their trash inside the dumpster. I have had to climb a mountain of trash multiple times because people refuse to dump their trash in the receptacle. It’s literally mountains of trash outside every weekend and sometimes in the parking lot. Also, it would take months for them to fix maintenance issues. It got to a point where I felt like they knew my number and would ignore me. I would have to leave work early just to catch them in the office. I never had hot water no matter how many times maintenance would come to fix the issue. I called corporate about the issue multiple times and they just came up with ways to temporarily fix the issue instead of replacing the hot water heater like I asked. It wasn’t until I put in a notice I was leaving did I receive a new one.I did like that I had my own parking space. The pool is also accessible. I like to leave a honest review of pros and cons.

I have been here over a year now.I have zero complaints about these apartments, every time I need to fix anything in the apartments maintenance comes and fixes it right away. Angie in the front office is always so helpful in any questions or concerns I’ve had. Area is calm too, prices are decent for rent compared to other places around. You also get your own parking space.

So my experience with The Avenue has been cool and quiet. I had some issues at the beginning of my lease but it was the beginning of COVID-19 so it was very understandable. Haven’t had a problem with staff they were helpful and willing to try different way to help with any issues i may have had.

So far I have been staying here for 1 1/2 year and it’s has been great, it is peaceful and quiet. Management is friendly and understanding of any concerns or requests, but maintenance in the other hand are slacking. Other than that I haven’t had any problem at all. Good place to stay ( A BIT OVERPRICED ) but a good place

I was visiting but I think there are good! The manager is always nice and they put more security closing the door of the parking, now you have to put a code, they have an office, a small gym, a play underground for kids and a pool and the person that lives here they never had a problem.

Never had a problem with thia complex, anytime something came up it was fixed quick,neighbors are really calm and no laud noises or drama ever management has been changing since i first moved in and lisa who was the office manager is gone which makes it better.

New flooring and carpets in apts, quick maintenance, quiet. Only complaints are that people keep damaging the gate.
