HomeI lived in this complex from age 15 to 27, in 4 different units for varying amounts of time. Ive always found management and maintenance polite, respectful, and usually prompt. My wife and I had to move away in summer of 2021 because we were expecting a baby and no bigger units were available.18 months after leaving, and two horrible rental experiences later, were so relieved to be back. Were home again.I called Jaime in September literally just to ask her for advice on a terrible complex we were in. She mentioned she had a 2 bedroom coming open soon, and I said say no more. I will find a way out of this lease and we are coming back.The Abbey is the best price, best location, and best management I know of in town. Its a relief to have my young family back in a place we know we can trust.

Jamie Parson from the leasing office is amazing. She is quick to contact you back regarding anything with the apartments and Roland the maintenance man is amazing. Jaime and him make a fantastic team for the apartment complex.

The office staff, especially Jamie Parson, were very polite and actually kept in contact with me unlike some other apartments that I came across. They made sure that me and my roommate were able to get a good apartment.

Jamie (the leasing manager) is a gem of a person. I called this place home, due to her. The entire team is really helpful and soft spoken. They go out of their way to help. I had to move else wouldnt have left this place.Would recommend this place to everyone.

I have lived in this apartment complex for 15 years. I must say that in that time, I have had little to no issues. I have always had good relationships with management, they were especially helpful when I deployed overseas with the military, and they have always be responsive to my needs. I would recommend thus complex to anybody. No it isnt glamorous but, for the price and support, Im happy to call it home.

I moved to the Abbey Apri 1,2017 the Assistant manager made me fill welcome from the very start. She is so very good at what she does. She has a great personality and cares about the residents. The maintenance man knows his job and does great work and is a very nice person. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a new home. Thanks Donna Benton

I have been in this complex for about 7.5 months now. I heard it was under new management from what it was before and heard it was horrible. They are really nice in the office. They are doing some remodeling is its a nice place and not as expensive as some other apartment complexes around the area. So if you are looking for a place to stay, this is a nice place. They also take care of us veterans too, as an OIF vet, I was weaved my deposit.

Great community, location, and staff. Mixture of singles, families and retirees.Trees around the property keep the complex quite and comfortable from the busy Judson River, within walking distance to serval parks and the trail, adjacent to a great neighborhood, and Skinners just around the corner.Tell them Drake B. sent you!

This is my VERY 1st place to live, and I have got to say, i love these apartments, the new management is so nice and VERY workable, I love it and honestly cannot wait to move in!! ♡
