Gary has always been top notch and responsive during our whole time with our rental. From our initial viewing, through the application process, up until our lease termination we have had a great experience. Little to no issues with our property condition whatsoever. Rent is priced well with the current market. We have enjoyed our time at our rental along with having Texoma property management as our landlord. -

I have rented from Gary for over 10 years and have NEVER had an issue. He takes pride in his properties and is the best landlord I have ever rented from. Quick to make repairs when they are brought to his attention. He is fair and honest.
