Glenn came highly recommended by a colleague of mine. He has been an absolute dream to work with. From helping me navigate the closing on a complex property deal, to answering all my questions about Texas real estate, to explaining property investments/management and even going above and beyond and helping to manage, supervise and organize renovations at the property. He had gone above and beyond for months and has been the pivotal asset to getting things done and done efficiently and well. He is easy to reach and takes time to explain and answer all questions. I can’t say enough good things and will happily continue to work with him on future projects.

I recently purchased a new home with an agent from Texas Realty Exchange Group named Shannon Pancamo. She was, hands down, the best agent I could have asked for. She not only negotiated on behalf of me as her client to ensure my offer was selected, she worked hand-in-hand with the sellers agent to ensure I was getting all price cuts possible. On top of that, she even worked closely with the title company at closing to ensue that even more price cuts were involved. She was always on time, quick to respond and honest with all of her feedback. Thank you to Shannon and the rest of Texas Realty Exchange for setting the example and providing me with such superb services. I would and will recommend Mrs. Pancamo to everyone moving forward.
