    Ive been in this townhome for almost 9 months and Ive had a great experience so far. The home itself is gorgeous and Virginia is amazing. She helped me throughout the entire process when I was looking for a place to stay and once I moved in, if I ever had any questions, she was very responsive. I recently had an issue with my microwave and she continued to follow up with me throughout the repair process to make sure everything was resolved which I truly appreciate. I have nothing negative to say, my experience has been amazing.

    Bridget and her team have been managing multiple rentals for me in the DFW and Austin area since 2013. When I tell you that they are THE best property management company anywhere, thats not an exaggeration. They consistently find and keep great happy tenants over long periods of time and my vacancy has been minimal over the last 11+ years. I cant recommend them enough!

    A few months ago, I had to move out due to a job transfer, and now that I’m settled into my new place, I have a whole new appreciation for the folks at Texas Management and Leasing. From the beginning, the application process was straightforward, and our time there was genuinely enjoyable. Of course, things happen in any home, but whenever an issue arose, they were on top of it and made sure our family was well taken care of. Their professionalism and dedication made a lasting impression, and I can confidently say they set the standard for property management. Highly recommended!

    I have been very pleased with my townhouse so far! Just moved in. Virginia has taken wonderful care of us. Had a couple of things we needed to take care of on move in and we already have maintenance on the schedule, so its super quick! She has done well with communicating with me, and the townhome was immaculately cleaned. It felt like no one had ever lived here, except for the One Direction sequin pillow that ended up in the water heater room somehow. 😆It was a slow process getting the application through and approved, and I didnt always get emails back right away or texts like other people have negatively reviewed. But I was never left hanging, and I just do my due dilligence and follow up and am kind about it! So Im good with that, and I promise you, lack of communication is a trigger of mine where I can turn salty really quick. Dont let the negative reviews scare you off, just gather your OWN experience first before you rush to conclusions. There are lots of neighbors that seem really happy to be in this area, so it cant all be that bad! My experience has been wonderful so far and I hope I can live here for many many years to come.

    Bridget has been very responsive to texts and calls. TM& L have been very professional, responsive, and a pleasure to deal with. She truly cares for her tenants and works endless hours to make sure shes doing the right thing.

    We were tenants from 2019-2024 and these reviews surprise me! For the past 5 years, if electronic communication was squirrelly, Bridget is ALWAYS available for a phone call. It doesn’t matter if it’s 7 am or 7 pm. She’s there! Maybe you guys didn’t try hard enough or use common sense to think of other ways to communicate! And while she can’t do you any favors based off your lease and their policy, she sure did us a few!Every maintenance request was taken care of promptly for 5 years and every billing issue resolved. I specifically remember issues with the AC, power, etc we were always working together. Move in wasn’t that pleasant due to the condition of the property and we weren’t happy with the annual rent increases but that’s not on Bridget or the leasing company. She was absolutely amazing during move out. I will forever be grateful for her and wish her much success on her continued path. We moved into a larger property bc our family has grown but now we have a worse property management company and i will say her customer services MAKES ALL THE DIFFERENCE. ❤️ Thank you Bridget and Team!

    I’m so sorry for leaving a mistaken review for the wrong name and company. I’ve worked with so many agents these past few weeks i don’t even know who is who. I had really bad experiences they were driving me insane. But me and my husband liked how professional Virgina was when showing us the duplexes in Venus let me tell you I’ve never seen the most pretties Townhouses/Duplex ever!! Can’t wait for me and my family to move in.

    Bridget has been great to work with and Richard explained everything about the properties he showed, he even sent detailed information about the move in. Both have been very professional and patient with me. Our maintenance requests have had quick responses and this has been a great company to lease from. Not sure if the past cities I have leased in just had more drama but I really am grateful for this leasing company. This is my first long term lease in Austin area and so far all is good.

    Just moved into a property a month ago and the AC went on the fritz in the middle of the night. By 8:30AM Bridget with Texas M&L had set up an appointment with a local company and after their visit, had approval with the property owner for repairs/replacement by 4PM the same day. Bridget even made it a point to call and check on my very pregnant wife and advise us to make plans during the repair in order to keep her cool and comfortable. Extremely happy with my experience so far.
