Hey, I’m Natasha and I live in one of Shelly and Terry‘s properties for about six years now I want to thank God for allowing these ladies to come into me and my children’s life and giving us a safe place to stay. These ladies has been nothing but great to me anytime I need something. I can always call Shelly and she’s will call me back or do the best she can to answer my questions I want to thank Terry for fixing the issues that I have had with the house as soon as possible. I just wanna say overall I’m glad that I met you two ladies and it’s been a great experience with you guys. Looking forward to many more.❤️❤️

I lived in a home under Texas Choice Management for almost 4 years. It was fantastic! Every time I needed something repaired the response time was very quick and the repair was done immediately. Office Staff was always professional and prompt. I was able to pay rent online and was also able to have it report to my credit bureaus. I loved my experience with this group and when the time comes to get into another home, Texas Choice Management will be my first call.

Shelly and Terri have been amazing we have been with them for 4 years, anytime there is an issue the send someone next day to fix anything needed. Shelly and I have gotten really close she cares about her tenants even on a personal level, she has helped us so much. Terri is always on any home improvement both women are great and I wouldn’t change them out for anyone else.

Ive been renting with Texas Choice Management since 2017. All the staff is polite and friendly. Shelly greets you with a smile everytime you come to the office. They also provide excellent service. Ill recommend anyone to rent from them. Keep up the good work....

I’m reading the other reviews. But a little different review. We did have several issues with are air but they always came out to fix it. We end up needing a motor for it. And they went and got it and put it in. We asked for window screens and got those as well. Also our fence needed replacing. I have an emotional support dog that I can let get hurt by getting hit or stolen. They fixed boards here and there but finally decided to replace the entire fence. Have we had issues with things breaking yes. However, they have always fixed them so I have no problem at all with the management. I don’t know if the problems other people are having is due to who actually owns the house or what. But when I call they answer!

My husband and I have been renting for 4 years now. We even have moved into another property that they manage. We have had nothing but a wonderful experience. Switching properties was a breeze and we will continue to rent with them as a long as we are renters.

I would like to say Ive been renting from them for 4 years now and I even switched properties from a apartment to a house and they were the best to work with the process was fast and easy and I received my security deposit back and they have a very fast response time when there is a problem with the place and the get it done I had a window blow out in a storm and 30 minutes later they had someone boarding my window like I said very fast response Shelly and Terri are both easy understanding people to deal with and foe as long as Im renting I will stay with them they gave me a opportunity to work with them and Im forever grateful for them I definitely recommend 100 out of 10!!!!!

Been with TCM renting for 2 years now and it’s been awesome, homes was perfect, services are always answered. Highly recommend renting with them, sad to say goodbye but we bought our first home! Thank you TCM for everything! 🙌🫶🏻
