Terry is an amazing person to rent from. We had an AC issue yesterday and he had someone out to fix it the same day. I appreciate all his hard work and what he does for our family. He is the best landlord that I have had.

I am going on my second year renting from Terry Lockett. This is one of those landlords you wish you could find. The house is wonderful and well maintained, the landlord is top notch. He responds to maintenance requests very timely and effectively. He very professional and extremely friendly. He doesnt charge those fees that others charge, you know the dumb ones like pet rent and his rents are very reasonable for the quality of the home you are renting and the area you are renting in. I will stay with Terry Lockett properties for as long as I need a rental in this area and for as long as he has a place for me to rent. Recommend this guy over any other for renting.

I have rented from Terry for over 6/7 years.. He has gone out of his way to help me and when maintenance is reported- He is on it within minutes... I would recommend renting from him above everyone else... He also does not over charge on rental properties as other companies I have seen do..

Mr. Lockett was very pleasant and friendly, with a bubbly sense of humor. He let us look around the property and answered all of our questions. He works with RE/MAX and they were pleasant, as well.
