Ive had the pleasure of doing make ready work as well as complete work orders for TemTex almost a year now. They are true professionals and care about their residents. The conversations Ive had with the current tentants are always good they seem very happy and some even told me they are looking forward to renewing there lease. Im impressed overall with TemTex and when it comes time for me to find a rental they will be my first choice.

I’ve been renting with TemTex almost 2 years. They are very punctual when it comes to maintenance repair. They will work with you when it comes to renting their property. They aren’t strict like most properties are. Everyone is very friendly and communicates very well about your concerns. They also have a great repair team. I love this company.

Good rental property management, would rent from here again. The management was always quick to respond to any repair needs. I got most of my deposit back (only $200 cleaning charge).It was an older home (built late 1950s) but they made sure everything worked. Great price and huge yard for my dog.

The people have been amazing to work with. Everyone was super nice and helpful. All of our questions were answered within a timely manner. When needing maintenance, it was completed within a timely manner as well. Recommend working with this rental agency!

Minerva and her team are like family!!We have been leasing with them for many years and have always been treated with professionalism and respect. They have consistently gone above and beyond to meet our needs and make us feel valued. My wife and I moved across country and Retta Hill helped us every step of the way. Retta promptly responded to emails and answered phone calls, answering all questions I had. Upon moving into our rental house there were some repairs that needed to be made and Retta personally arranged for the repairs to be made, they were completed in a timely and professional manner. overall my experience has been great with Retta and this realty company.

We have had 3 different property management companies since renting this property in 2019The only one who has made sure to take care of us, is TemTex.We rarely have any issues with the property, but when something comes up within 24 hours we have a response or a scheduled repair.Their team has gone above and beyond to make sure that we are a priority and we have been so grateful !!Thank you for taking care of our house, and our family!!!

Ive been renting with Temtex a little over a year now, and my husband and I are about to go into another lease with them. They are friendly and Ive had no issues as well as when I put in a work order they get to me in a timely matter and they even check back to make sure the work was completed afterwards. I recommend anyone to rent with them that gets approved..Minerva, Reta and Keith youre wonderful, Thanks for all you do!!

Keith has been super helpful and cooperative since TemTex took over my daughter’s rental in Georgetown, Tx. They took over management of the property at the very end of the month and we had to make new arrangements for payment that encountered some difficulties. Keith worked very closely with me to get things done. Kind, cooperative and understanding...and this was very much appreciated given I don’t live near the rental or TemTex so every communication was via email or phone call.
