Teixeira Property Management has been nothing short of amazing! We just moved into our new home and the transition was seamless. They communicate effectively and are present through the entire process. A few things still needed to be repaired when we initially moved in and they stayed on top of it through completion. My children are overjoyed, our neighborhood is so peaceful and my husband hasn’t had a complaint yet!! Thank you Teixeira for all you’ve done for my family and I.

Easy to use on my iPhone and i do like that they are secure with all the information. A little confused why i had to pay a penny to view but i get it cause they don’t want complete strangers in the home that’s not really interested. but other than that took less than 5mins!

I love the ease of self tours. They are very much appreciated with my schedule. Moving is so hard already, and trying to coordinate times to meet up with agents is a hassle for me. I appreciate that I can let myself in and take a look around with no pressure!

We stayed at their Cedar Knoll property and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful and very well-stocked. The backyard with the outdoor furniture, pool, and hot tub rocks! The location is nice too since its close, but not too close, to the highway. We did have an issue with check-in, but that was all my fault (issues with my email). They patiently worked through it with me and got me in the house quickly. I definitely recommend this property to anyone wanting to rent in the Fort Worth area.

I absolutely love this company. We went to look at a house that went off market the very next day we were devastated. However Shanna recommended another house they had available that was PERFECT for my family. The process was so quick and easy we were approved next day for the most beautiful house I have ever seen! Shanna answered any and all questions or concerns I had very quickly and got the application process done in less than 24 hours for us! If you are considering using this company to rent from absolutely do it you will not regret it! 10/10 thank you guys so much for making the already dreadful moving process so much easier for me and my small family!

We chose this cabin for our annual girls trip and we absolutely loved it! Every detail was perfection. Loved the private location but still close to town. Beds were super comfortable! Hot tub and fire pit were a favorite. Loved bossing Alexa around all weekend. We would definitely book again. The host was incredible to work with and went above and beyond! On a side note I think all of us took pictures for decor ideas at our own homes. It was just so adorable!Thank you!Dana, Rebecca, Heidi and Penny

Teixeira Property Management did a fantastic job managing my short-term rental property. They took care of every aspect; from converting it from my personal residence to a rental home to providing me with detailed owner statements every month. I moved out of state and so relied on them to handle every issue. They contracted reliable cleaners, lawn care, and pool service. Any time there was a guest concern or maintenance situation they were quick to respond. I have complete confidence in their professionalism and expertise. They are truly good, honest people and I feel so fortunate to have found them.

They have been so wonderful to us. We were in the process of renting our house out in Grand Prairie, when my husband was hospitalized with Covid pneumonia and end up on intubated and put on the ventilator for 2 and half months. During the time he was on the ventilator he suffered through infections and his lungs collapsed. The doctors told me he mostlikely wasnt going to make it, but that they would keep supporting him for a little while to see if he improves. The owner not only prayed for my husband and our family he also offered to pay for some services (and did) for our rental since we could not rent it out because my family needed to stay in the rental to be near my husband. We have been so blessed that our prayers were answered and my husband is recovering. We have been blessed with the people that have helped us being so far away from home. The owner has been a blessing. I appreciate everything he has done for us. Best management company I have ever dealt with.
