It was my first time utilizing a crash pad for training and it was incredible! Really nice location that was super close to base. I never had any issues getting in contact with the owner, and when I did he was very responsive and always took care of whatever I needed. If I was able to give it 6 stars I would. Anyone who is able to get a room with them will be taken care of with nothing to worry about!

Great experience! I enjoyed my time living in the house. The house was clean and very well taken care of. The owners are easy to get in contact with. Anything that needed to be done around the house was taken care of quickly. Being a military family, they are very knowledgeable and accommodating which was helpful for a new military member like myself. I would recommend TDY Haven to anyone in need of a Military Crash Pad.

TDY haven is an amazing company! We could not have been happier with our stay in the 109 Lookout house; everything was very clean, well stocked and in order. We had several delays and changes in orders, however the owners were always very flexible, accommodating, and responsive to our unique circumstances. The convenience TDY Haven offers greatly simplified our PIT experience, which took a lot of stress off of my wife and I. My family and I would highly recommend staying with TDY Haven if you’re going through any training at Randolph!

Enjoyed my stay here. The owners are very friendly and accommodating. Theres a nice grill in the back yard and the house is located in a pretty nice neighborhood. The appliances are nice and the rooms are well furnished and most of the day-to-day needs are provided by the owners (toilet paper, paper towels, detergent, etc) I really enjoyed the weekly cleaning service as well. The only major con is that the house is located double or triple the distance away from Randolph as some of the other PIT pads. If you dont mind the commute (about 20-30 minutes depending on traffic) then this is definitely a good fit and Id recommend it to anyone who is looking for less of a party house as some of the other PIT pads can be.

I stayed at the Raptor house, it was gorgeous and comfortable. TDY Haven was very in touch making sure all our needs in the house were met. Not one hesitation was made to ensure the quality of their locations and service were top notch. I recommend staying with TDY Haven during your duration at Randolph.-Ray

As someone who is TDY often, the hotel life can often become a drag. I’m grateful for crash pads like TDY Haven because they bring all of the simple comforts of home. The hosts here are very welcoming and responsive. I’d definitely stay here again!

The close location to base made the drive so much nicer due to not having to deal with traffic. Whenever something would break or need fixing the owners were very prompt in sending someone out to fix. Overall a good stay, couldnt recommend it enough!

A great place to stay. House was well equipped with dishes, T.V on mounts, Pillows and bed sheets, as well as Bath towels and hand towels. Mark is also extremely accommodating with any requests that you may have.

I would highly recommend TDY Haven if you are coming to Randolph. I stayed at the Raptor House which was very nice and located only a short drive from the base. It made my training here a lot more enjoyable. The owners were also very friendly and flexible, which makes it easy when your dates for training are constantly changing.

The owners know what its like for us to do our job. The proximity to Randolph AFB is fantastic. Perfect for daily living and for studying. The decor is on point. It feels homey being here with everything you could possibly need - even over the top with a bbq and huge yard. Cant recommend them enough.

I stayed with TDY Haven for 4 months during PIT, and it was awesome! The house was always kept clean, and the owners are always willing to help or make things. better, and it is a perfect distance away from Randolph. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is staying for PIT or RPA training.

Stayed at the Shadowy Dusk property for my TDY at Randolph and I have 0 complaints. Property managers were easy to reach and more than accommodating to any requests we had. House is very close to base, with an easy commute to either gate. House was clean and has every amenity I could’ve needed during my stay.

From the beginning to the end I loved staying here for the duration of my TDY. Mark and his crew are 100% on top of everything and have always responded very quickly to nay problems that occured in the house. They make you feel apart of the family and are always looking to make your time a more pleasant experience. 10/10 I am going to use them again if I am in their area again.

Stayed here for three months and had a great time. The weekly maid service helped keep the place clean when we were busy. The house itself was very nice, TVs in every room and HBO were nice to have. Jake and Calle were always looking for ways to improve our experience. I had no complaints and would recommend place to anyone.

Highly recommend TDY Haven Crash Pad. Throughout my training it was nice to come back to a home where I can relax and unwind. TDY Haven Crash Pad is really a home away from home. Excellent accommodation and location relative to base. The service provided really made my TDY to San Antonio that more enjoyable.

TDY Haven made my TDY to PIT an awesome 5 months. I stayed in two of their houses and both were set up great, not far from base, and had everything you would need. They were modern, cleaned regularly, comfortable, and by the end I wasnt ready to leave such a spoiled lifestyle haha. They are willing to work with requests you have, and will do just about anything to make your living situation in San Antonio as simple and stress free as possible. They are also always open and willing to accept recommendations for improvement. We had a few ideas and they were quickly put into place, making everyones time even more enjoyable. I appreciated their willingness to do everything they could to make my experience the best it could be.

Definitely better than other on base or hotel options. Owner cares and is responsive to customer needs. Property is very nice. Very well furnished. Weekly maid service is great. House is well stocked. Cable and Netflix and internet package is robust. Neighborhood is quiet. Would strongly recommend to others.

Very accommodating if there are any maintenance issues with the house and they would fix them right away. The maid service helped a lot on being able to study and focus on PIT and provided a very clean place to live.
