Joe and Ginger have sold several properties for my family. They have always been very accessible, and have been very involved at every step of the process. They were key in getting the listings in front of interested buyers and we were able to get from listing to closing quickly on every property we had. Ginger and Joe recently listed and sold a residential property for my wife and I in Shallotte, NC. I have been involved in real estate investments for over 40 years and I was also a licensed broker. That being said, I have closed dozens of transactions as both buyer and seller and none of them were any easier than this. Ginger helped from start to finish lending her advice throughout the remodel and the sale. When we were preparing for closing she made sure that we covered everything that would possibly delay the process. By her being very proactive, what could have been a disastrous closing was ironed out without a hitch.I have known these guys for many years but this was my first business experience with them and it won’t be my last.
