    Living here was a great experience, Alma was very professional and helpful in many ways. She doesnt see you just as a number but as a family and definitely is a place to call home. Very quiet and fast responses on maintenance they will make sure to get it done in the proper way. If i could stay here for years I would but unfortunately have to relocate due to job but I am very thankful for my time here!!

    I love this community because of the excellent services, from maintenance to the office staff, who always go above and beyond. Its a quiet and relaxing place to stay. I work two jobs, and coming home to this peaceful neighborhood makes me want to live here forever.

    The maintenance is great, I’ve been living for 1 year and I had little to no issues with my apartment and the staff. I know a maintenance guy named Javier who is dedicated to keeping the area in great shape, he along with several other maintenance workers do a great job, highly recommend living in this area.

    My uncle Gustavo who was a tenant for over 20+ years referred me to move to Synott Square. I moved in 1 year ago. First of all when I moved in I was pleased with the rent, management , and all the amenities. Unfortunately the pool came to a halt as previous management neglected it. But soon after Ms. Alma stepped in office and that was quickly changed; she reopened the pool and ever since then, Ive been happier with my stay at Synott Square. Lastly I want to thank Ms. Alma who has gone above and beyond by staying pass 5pm to help tenants have that extra time to pay on time. Which if you ask me thats just awesome.

    Good apartments to live is near my daughters schools and stores near. No need for me to go too far to get things that I need. My apartment is so comfy and the best thing I have washer and dry in my unit.

    My husband and I have lived here for going on 3 years. Our experience has been exceptional, the property is very well landscaped and taken care of. We see the maintenance staff taking care of the grounds everyday.The manager is very hands on. She is knowledgeable and helpful. Every problem or situation that has happened in our home, she has resolved promptly and fairly. We have had the privilege of making life long friends here.Thank you Carolina and staff for your professionalism in making this a beautiful place to call home.

    Our new management team is awesome! My apartment had some damage during the freeze, but our new management team kept lines of communication open with us by email, giving us continuous updates regarding the repairs, and also Ms. Francis ( one of our managers) went above and beyond to help me with my new parking permit and rental payment portal and also came to my unit and tapped our ceiling! Also thanks to our maintenance supervisor Mr. T, things are running smoothly over here!

    Synott Square Apartment is the best apartments I have stayed in by fair, very clean, quiet & homey. The maintenance man Jerry is very professional & great at his job. The property manager is amazing at hers at well. She is polite, intelligent & super professional & always get the job done. Thank you guys for this living experience.

    I just moved here two months ago and the reviews about roaches, that is not true you probably need to clean. I have nice neighbors I have talked to others here and they say they are happy about the rules now because they were not in forced before. I like it here the bad reviews here are not true unless some resident is bitter. I just do not see that you have to lie on how it is here. I love it and it is peaceful here I have referred two people, which they have leased already also. Good Job Synott Square.

    The management team went above and beyond to help us move in, accommodate our requests and the unit is also well priced. The place is quiet and well kept. I ve met rude property managers before, but here its the complete opposite. 10/10 would recommend!

    I just recently moved to Synott Square. Since day one I felt like I was already part of the Synott Square family. Rolo and Ms. Deborah were awesome. I am in love with my apartment and happy that my kids get to play at the playground.

    Great rebuilt tradional style apts. Swimming pool needs cleaning more ofyen but the enviroment here is very calm and peaceful. A diamond in the rough now days.

    I want to start off by saying since I walked into the front office I felt like this can be home for me and myLittle ones and the manager Jessica is a great person she makes sure she does everything she can for your unit the apartments are clean not a bad complex at all and they die their best they can and haven’t had no problems since we have been here...She does everything she can to keep the complex safe nice and clean again THANKS JESSICA FOR WELCOMING ME AND MY BABIES TO THE COMPLEX AND KEEPING THE COMPLEX UP WITH THE maintenance men work their butts off to keep the complex up thanks y’all I WOULD RECOMMEND THESE APARTMENTS TO EVERYONE
