But thanks to SunRidge Management Group, I’ve got a stellar support team that deserves a standing ovation (or at least a hearty round of applause).First up, let’s talk about my dynamic duo: Lannae, my Assistant Vice President, and Casey, my Vice President. They’re like Batman and Robin, if Batman had a fantastic sense of humor and Robin was equally good at managing expectations. Seriously, they make my job not just manageable, but downright enjoyable. I recently joined Sunridge management Group in March 2024 as a Leasing Specialist at Opal Point at Kyle(come check us out🥳) I was immediately welcomed with open arms by my Manager Cynthia and my Regional Tamika. I have been in the field for over a year now and can say that I have never felt more appreciated than I do with Sunridge. Despite it being a smaller management company everyone treats eachother like family. I was promoted to Assistant Manager recently all due to the team that surrounds me seeing my potential and believing in me. Sunridge is truly one of a kind and I am grateful to be an employee. I have been with SunRidge almost 4 years, and in the apartment industry for 8 and I have to say that this is the first company that actually values your opinions, suggestions, and cares for the employees even when issues with life outside of work arise. I knew Sunridge was an awesome company when I had been working here for less than a month and I got a birthday card from corporate and they had all signed it .(it’s the little things for me)I also want to recognize Alisha for being a phenomenal AVP and being on top of everything quickly and with such grace, where other companies AVPs I’ve worked for previously didn’t care at all.I would recommend Sunridge to anyone just starting out in the apartment industry or looking for a company to promote within. I was overcharged by an apartment complex when I moved out. I contacted Sunridge Management Group and was immediately put in direct contact with their Customer Relations Manager. After providing proof of the payments (make sure to keep all documents) I had submitted to the local complex, I was issued a refund of the overpaid amount and received it within the week. While I was not pleased with the lack of communication or organization of the local complex, I was greatly impressed with how it was handled once I contacted Sunridge directly.

Blanca (apartment manager) has been nothing short of amazing! And goes above and beyond for her residents. She made my move go so smooth and even helped me get some good friends an apartment and made the process for them so easy. If for any reason I have to move I will be searching out apartments run by sunrise management as I know they actually care. I have never experienced such care with an apartment management team.

The new new managers and maintenance are amazing at the Cross Timbers in Amarillo, Texas, Clean property, nice new flags on the poles, building lights are working making it safer at night. Cant wait to see whats next. Maintenance team are awesome and quick to respond. Office staff are friendly and very helpful.

They manage a property that I live and never had any issues. Yes, they do send out quite a bit of reminders, but honestly if they didn’t, I would forget so I’m very thankful for that. They’re not mean they’re fair as long as you talk to them and communicate with them they will never have an issue. The only bad reviews I have a feeling or because of people not communicating And you can talk to the manager that I live at and she is the most wonderful person in the world. All you have to do is communicate great place.

Great place to live move in was hassle free in my honest opinion the main thing this complex has worked on and I would suggest to continue working on is just some line of communication. In the beginning it was bad but I was informed they had received training and apologized about lack of communication ,very professional. They earned all 5 stars from me because they are more caring than any other apartments I have resided. I feel like I am treated as one of the family in this calm community if you want a place where people mind there business are considerate and friendly as well as neighborly and affordable, look no further arias residence is your new home for sure. One more thing they only allow move in after 3pm to avoid disturbing other tenants which I think is very smart

Shout out to Melissa for taking over hallsville apartments. Before Melissa I went a full month with a semi working fridge. The front desk manager was notified about the situation. All my food spoiled. The fridge came in and she allowed it to sit at the front desk for over a week. Then my kitchen cabinet fell off the wall into my daughter. Took months to get fixed. She was always rude and unprofessional!! Thanks to Melissa we now finally get our problems taking care of! Thank you Melissa you are noticed.

I have been a resident at the Park Place Apartments in Waxahachie Texas for a couple of months and I can clearly say that I love coming home. Of course the apartments are beautiful, modern and fresh with lots of amenities and pretty friendly neighbors. Well run by SunRidge Management. However, the best part of being a member of this community is the quality customer service provided by their amazing staff. I was sold after Biancas thorough tour of their facilities...which was followed up by a thank you for coming email. She is always so accommodating, yet very professional. Another one of their staff members is Griffin....always a bit of fresh air....never complained once, when I came back again and again requesting to show my family members the model for the apartment I selected. This hospitality is found at all levels. After I moved in a Manager called to make sure all was well after my first few days. Even the maintenance team is on it. Excellence in customer service is rare in our current environment...so I wanted to give credit when I can. If you are looking for an apartment home, give Park Place Apartments a try....to me they are the genuine article.

They have cleaned up there property a lot from people breaking rules and trying to keep the good people happy and safe. And they do everything in a timely fashion. I wanted to give a review for The Arbors of Taylor in Taylor, Texas. I have lived here since 2017 and I cannot say enough positive things about this property. Yolanda, the, manager, has gone out of her way repeatedly for me, holding packages for me and also getting an apartment key made for me when I lost one on the road. Jerry, in maintenance, is spectacular, super friendly, efficient, and quick to fix any issue I have had. The property is always clean and I feel safe here. I love this place!

I have been living at the Villas at Park West in Pueblo, Colorado, since July 2020 so I can only speak to my own time here, but this is the nicest apartment complex I have ever lived in. I was moving out of a house and into this apartment when I came here so there was a lot of back-and-forth and questions on the phone between me and the leasing staff and everyone was very kind and patient. My apartment was very clean and had been well maintained when I moved in and the maintenance staff has been great with everything since I have been here. I have a small dog that lives with me and many other people here have dogs as well - and we all seem to co-habitate peacefully. But then there is always something to be said for people living together in one area who: 1) respect each other, 2) respect the property they live on, and 3) follow the rules. To anyone out there who is thinking about making this place your home, I can honestly say I have no complaints. This is a beautiful place to come home to at the end of the day. :)

I just signed my 3 lease at The Town Creek Village apartments in Montgomery. I have enjoyed every minute of it. Austin and Sam with maintence are amazing and so nice. Mandi Crawford the apartment manager goes above and beyond. I have seen her cleaning the pool, picking up trash from around the dumpsters, I even saw her fill in a pot hole once in dress clothes. You don’t find people like that these days. She has made my first time apartment living very enjoyable! I highly recommend this property!

“Living at the West creek Apartments has been a great experience. I have been living here for one year and have renewed for another 14 months. The leasing staff and management are wonderful. The apartments are very quiet and the lawn and landscaping is beautifully manicured. The maintenance crew are also wonderful and response time to repairs are done in an expedient manner. Also the apartments are close shopping, restaurants, etc.”

She stays on top of everything and always has a smile on her face. Louie and DeVito are by far the best maintenance guys weve had on site in a long time and are quick to get things fixed and do everything they can to handle any and all maintenance issues that arise. With these three people you cant ask for a better, more dedicated team to handle and care for these apartments, property and people and dont get nearly enough credit for all they do. Observing their hard work and perseverance makes all the difference around here which is why I give my stay here 5 stars.”

Carriage Homes on the Lake is a great place to call home. The property is beautiful. It is well kept and quiet....very peaceful. The property manager Matthew Perez is a Blessing! He made me feel at home from the moment I walked in his office. He made sure to return my call the same day I left a message inquiring about the property even though it was after hours. The whole process was stress free...a very positive experience. He was very professional. He takes pride in what he does...going above and beyond. Thank You Matthew! A new job and health issues forced us to make a quick move last summer. The managers here were very helpful in a stressful time for our family. We live in Harbor Shores on Lake Conroe. We have been happy with our decision to move here. The folks in the office have been very nice and responsive. The spiders are a little rough, but we live on the water and hopefully they find a pest control solution. We have found it a quiet and restful spot for us.

Sunridge Management has my up most respect! They are very professional and manage the best apartment complex that Ive ever dealt with. The apartment complex I am speaking of is The Arbors of Taylor located in Taylor, Texas. The way that The Arbors of Taylor is managed is phenomenal! The manager Yolanda is incredible and down to earth and handles all your necessary needs. I feel that Sunridge Management has hired professional and exquisite individuals to manage their apartment complexes. I have lived at the Arbors of Taylor for 3 years and plan on staying here as long as I can. If I do have to relocate I will definitely look for an apartment complex that is managed by Sunridge Management. The maintenance is handled by Jerry who is the best! He is on top of things and gets your work orders done in a split of a second. I overall rate Sunridge Management five stars and definitely cant say enough fabulous things about them. If youre ever in Taylor, Texas check out the Arbors of Taylor. You wont be disappointed and you will feel right at home.Tammy Langlie

I love this place. Love living here, love the staff, love the fact that my electricity bill is so much less per month than any other apartment i have lived in. It’s a bigger space, to boot. I just wish COVID would end so I could fully enjoy living downtown.I have dealt with Jeri most often at 1900 Pacific Residences. She always helps me, takes care of me. Always professional always responsive. She is the face of this place for me!

I’ve been living here for two years with the same management company at Stadium West apartments& Bel Aire. whenever you call the leasing office you’ll always hear the nicest lady answer the phone. Mrs. Nancy CARES about whatever your complaints are, she answers all your questions & concerns, & she’s always been very helpful to me whenever I have an issue. On holidays she sends out cards & on my birthday she sends out birthday wishes !! She thinks about everyone individually not just as a whole. Stadium west & Bel Air apartments combined have definitely made my stay here in Texas one to always remember. Especially having Mrs. Nancy at the office! Thank you so much the best thing that’s happened to this place is her, don’t be shy ladies & gentlemen!!! We are so happy to be at this place! Shelby has been beyond helpful! So happy to call this place home!Update: We have had multiple issues since moving in. I have been addressed in a rude manner more than once. I was given incorrect information about a move in special which took a few months to figure out. I have reported issues within the complex and nothing was done. The same incident occurs daily. I was given an incorrect lease violation. I was actually trying to make it from the room to the door when I heard the knock ( from the man attempting to hand me the violation) and by the time I did they were trying to enter my apartment. This paper could have been left in the mailbox or on the door. I called as soon as I received it and got nothing except a rude comment how do you not understand from one of the girls at the front. I was told someone would call me back later. Why would the paper tell me to call regarding this within so many hours, yet they did not have any information when I called? Beyond ready to move.

Lots of space even in a 2 bedroom. Private for the most part and quiet for the most part. Enjoyable”

Ever since Sunridge took over here at Woodfront Condos, it honestly has been a nightmare to get anything done, that is until LEXI came along. She has single handedly made us want to renew here at Woodfront. You can tell they are understaffed and underpaid at Sunridge, and being such a kind and helpful person, LEXI deserves better. She has been the ONLY person that we’ve been able to get into contact with about anything at Woodfront. We haven’t had a fire extinguisher outside our place for MONTHS now and have mentioned this to another person who works for Sunridge. Honestly, nothing got done for us (online portals, emails being correct in their system, maintenance, etc.) until LEXI helped us out. It seems also every time Sunridge leaves a note on the condos doors it’s always a “Final Warning” and seems like an intimidation to keep them looking like they’re doing a good job, when the residents here care about their home and would like to see Sunridge take better care of their properties and staff.

Matthew and Alisha at Eagle Brook were extremely helpful and courteous. They went above and beyond to help me get everything ready for move in. Matthew even stayed late to make sure all my paperwork was completed and ready to go. On move in day, Alisha got everything ready for me to move in and Matthew walked me through the apartment, helped me fill out my paperwork and pointed out things to note I would never have thought to. Couldn’t be happier with my experience with the front office.

This is a great place to live, they had an Easter egg hunt that I took my grandkids to last week , Boy what a turn out , I was amazed to see so many families interacting and participating, It really makes you feel at home. And on another note we love when they bring out the local food trucks , it gives us all a chance to Interact with the other tenants. Kudos to the whole Staff you guys Rock! I did have to contact Sunridge Management to check on my application and everyone I spoke with was nice and polite. I wanted to acknowledge Mrs Eva from their office. So far so good. I can tell the Mgnt group used there professional skills and integrity when they chose this property and the people they chose to manage it. The grounds are well kept and the On sight staff and maintenance, as well as the sunridge Office are available if needed.
