The team at Suburban Spaces is phenomenal ! For over 10 years, Chad, Brian and Lisa have helped us purchase and manage several homes. Their expertise and successful management are the reasons we consolidated all our rental investments into the San Antonio area. Chad knows our needs and preferences so well and does such a great job, we have bought several homes sight unseen just based upon his recommendations. Brian’s and Lisa’s management of our properties has resulted in minimal vacancies and ensured our homes are maintained in excellent condition. Chad is a realtor that quickly becomes your friend. He helped us buy and sell our home in Live Oak. He was thorough in his review of our home prior to listing and helped us stage our home for pictures. He goes above and beyond every step of the way. He even picked up a package that was accidently sent to my address on the morning of closing. Annie was also a pleasure to work with. Ignore the Maximus Supercilious name. Thats just a fake name I made up so that I could use Googles calendar to download to my cell phone. My real name is Bill Key, and in 2006 we went to San Antonio to see if we could find a house for retirement. We connected with Chad Nall who showed us 30 properties over a 2-day period, and we bought one of them. However, knowing that we wouldnt be occupying the property for several years, we convinced Chad to take over managing the property for us, thereby becoming Suburban Spaces FIRST property management clients. Over the ensuing 15 years Suburban Spaces has done an excellent job of keeping the property rented and maintained. Theyve been exceptional in keeping in touch with us regarding things that are going on, whats happening with tenants, repairs needed, etc. We couldnt be more pleased with the service theyve provided and would strongly recommend Suburban Spaces to anyone needing property management.
