    We transferred our rental properties to Stress Free. Rick and Danielle are responsive and always on the points during the discussion. Compared to our previous property manager, Stress Free operates their company from investors angle and they spend owners budget like their own money. We didnt have too much repair request (fortunately). As far as I can see, their repair cost is transparent and reasonable. Stress Free is the valuable partner for our investment.

    Not sure how SF has anything less than 5 stars here! I’ve been a tenant at one of their properties for a couple of years now and have had a great relationship with Stress Free. They are quick to respond to any complaints and often send someone to tend to any issue that comes up within 24hrs. I correspond the most with Kanda and she has been so friendly and responsive about any question or concern that I have had. Everyone else I have met from the SF staff has been pleasant to work with as well, so I would highly recommend them!

    I would recommend this company to anyone. The employees are very nice and are very responsive. I was looking for a property and they were able to work with my budget and find my husbands and I forever home. We recently had a small issue with our dishwasher and I called the management and they were very responsive and came out the next day to fix the issue. When I talk to them on the phone everyone is so nice. If you are looking for a great property management company Stress free is your go too.

    We rented a home from StressFree for 3 years. We would still be with them if we hadn’t found our dream house to buy. Kandra was fantastic and always helpful. During Harvey they called us, not to check on their house, but to check on our family. Only after being assured of our safety and well-being did they ask about the house.     Still have not seen our replacement dishwasher. Its been a month. We were told it would be here by now. My wife is disabled. Making it hard for her to stand there bent over the sink hand washing. My helping wash and dry does little to help her discomfort. Aside from this issue they have been easy to deal with. And if you call to check up on something they usually kick it in high gear.

    I work with Danielle and she is very responsive. I was living out of the country for several years and they handled all my rental properties for me extremyl well. Rates are good and their maintanance team is fairly knowledgable. They have really good communication and they are timely when dealing with tenants. Situations with tenants are not always great so they have a lot of experiecne in dealing with all kinds of situations to do whats best for everyone. Meaning they are fair to the owners and the tenants and I appreciate that.

    In 2011 I had 4 or 5 properties in Houston when I first meet with Rick at StressFree Properties. Now I’m good at a lot of things like finding and renovating properties, but dealing with renters is not my forte! Today we have around 40 rentals and I couldn’t have done that without their team. They manage everything...and I do mean everything if that’s what you want.Why someone would want to be in the property manage business, I have no idea but the seem to do it with ease. I can honestly say I would not be where I’m at today without them!

    They helped me get non paying tenants out and went to court and got a judgement of over $5000...which I never thought I would ever see, that was over 3 years ago. Those tenants got their lives together and now want to buy a home...so they have to pay the judgement in order to do that...If Rick had not offer his services I would never have seen that money...Thank you so much for taking care of this...you are the best!
