    Renting for 3 years now and I have had no issues! Anytime I need something fixed I simply fill out an order and someone is sent same day or next day. There is many ways to communicate the neighborhood is amazing, this has been the best renting experience I’ve ever had! Thank youEdit: when I moved in 3 years ago everything was brand new and newly remodeled, I was the go to use all appliances and everything was fresh like a new house!

    The company has been great to rent with! We’ve only had one issue with the plumbing (due to our own fault trying to put in a new faucet) and the company had a plumber there same day! When it came time to renew our lease Tristen Brown was working with us and she was excellent! Very helpful and did everything she could to help us and get us where we wanted to be with the lease agreement. I recommend the company as a rental property. Very efficient, professional and helpful!

    My Fiance and I rented a house in Arizona from Streetlane back in November of 2022 and stayed until our lease was up in November of 2023. The only reason for us leaving the home was due to us moving back to Connecticut which is our home state. I have nothing but great things to say about Streetlane. Their customer service was phenomenal, anytime we needed something they were speedy to send someone out. Any questions or concerns we had they were always available to answer. We absolutely loved our home and wish Streetlane had homes available in CT as we wouldve absolutely rented through them again!

    Application process was easy from start to finish. Andrew L gave us quick and informed responses that made the leasing process go seamlessly. Even if I missed his call he made sure to leave a detailed voicemail followed by an email to make sure everything was as clear as possible with no room for confusion. Unlike most companies we even got a response over the weekend. So far everything has been stress free and we are excited to move into our new home!

    I toured and applied to rent a home in the same day. Later that day I got a detailed phone call and email letting me know I was approved. Andrew L in leasing made sure I knew all the steps to make sure I was able to secure the home I wanted. He answered all my questions and made any changes I needed promptly and was very friendly while doing so! I hope to get the same service throughout my renting experience through Streetlane.

    Andrew, our leasing coordinator, did an amazing job getting us moved in to our new home! He was quick to contact us back and very sweet and understanding. He made sure to take the time to ensure I understood what was going on. The rest of the Streetlane staff I talked to were okay, kinda seemed like they just wanted to get me off the phone with them as quick as possible. But Andrew deserves 5 stars! I will update once we are all settled in.

    Andrew was a pleasure to work with, very responsive, answered all my questions and made the application/move-in process very easy.The 1 star reviews are concerning, however having been a previous homeowner (renting now because of cross-country move) many of the issues I see can be resolved by simple fixes or self-care. I am moving in soon and will thoroughly document everything, but the lease agreement is pretty clear with what Im responsible for. Streetlane is a national company and doesnt have local offices in every city they rent, so maintenance support will likely be spotty at best, and should only be relied on for major fixes. If you go into it understanding that fact, youll be better off. So far Ive had a great experience with Streetlane. Will update my review after renting with them for some time.

    Pretty smooth process. However the utilities are supposed to be in the property’s name. I haven’t had my trash picked up since I moved in 9/21/23 today is 10/4/23. Also it shouldn’t be resident’s responsibility about an outlet change for washer and dryer connections. A vendor should be sent out to change the plug. Luckily I found my other cord type for my dryer. Seems like everything else will be no issue. Other minor issues have been taken care of within 1-2 days.

Anytime I have a issue they come out next to day or even the same day and thats not even saying how great I am treated by the Portfolio Manager Scott he always has your back and will go above and beyond to make sure you have the best experience while renting from.them. thank you all for all you have done for me and my family!!

    Sandra has been amazing! In addition to excellent costumer service, she has showed compassion and understanding. After a very short notice that I need to uproot my family and move in a short amount of time, not only did she reach out and answer all my calls, she went out of her way to text, call, email and communicate with me and kept me updated.This is what great customer service looks like! My family and I are extremely grateful that you helped to make this experience as stress free as possible.Times are hard and life is unpredictable, Thank you for your kindness, compassion and consistency in doing what you said you were gonna do.     Andrew L in Leasing helped us immensely in feeling comfortable moving forward with the home we decided to rent. He wrote incredibly detailed responses to our questions to the best of his ability and in a very timely manner. Regarding Streetlane business practices (nothing to do with Andrew), some terms in their lease are very one-sided and run counter to how the lease will actually be enforced. But as long as they dont enforce it in a one-sided manner, then we will have no issue. Time will tell! Will be sure to update this review if anything like that transpires during our lease term(s).

    What I love about StreetLane is that if you apply on a house and someone else gets it first, you’re approved for 30 days with them and can transfer your approved application without additional fees! I worked with Jessica Gonzalez and she was professional and quick to respond to my email correspondence! It was a smooth process and I can’t wait to move into my new StreetLane rental!

    My stay so far with streetlane homes has been amazing!! They have always been fast to respond to any questions and maintenance requests have been completed within a timely manner. With urgent ones done within a couple days and non urgent no longer than a week. My only complaint is they use a 3rd party for utilities and sometimes they charge randomly in 60 day cycles which can be very inconvenient financially.

    I have been in a Streetlane home for 4 years and the team is compassionate, professional and provide valuable resources. I was going through a divorce and a really tough time. When I reached out to the team they were willing to listen and provide support and options. It hate the owner is selling the house and I cant find another one with Streetlane. Id recommend them to anyone. The team is fantastic!

    Our Leasing agent Andrew was fantastic!! He had the quickest response time I have ever encountered with a leasing agent at any other company. He was kind and gave thorough clarification to my dozens of questions. Thank you Andrew for making this stressful time easier, you deserve a raise and a promotion! I would also like to add that Streetlanes Senior Portfolio manager Lindsay was also top tier. We had been renting another property through Streetlane- beautiful house, but due to some really unfortunate and unforeseen events, one of my roommates (my little sister) was hospitalized with no release date and we had to break the lease. We were so scared of all the fees and what would happen but Lindsay made it such a smooth transition and was even able to find another property for myself and my partner that we could afford. I am so grateful to Streetlane and the employees for having so much compassion and understanding.

    I applied in June 23 and was approved in 24hrs. Move-in date is in July, ...in 2 days. I have paid my deposit, first months rent, app fees for my wife and I, and another $150 admin fee. I called today to have some questions answered, to confirm some things and I was speaking to someone in another country in a call center hearing 5 other conversations going on at the same time. Seemed very odd, so I went on Google to check the reviews and am shocked to the core. I think I have made a horrible mistake. I have had no issues as of yet and dont move in for another 2 days, and am totally willing to give this managementcompany a chance. Nevertheless I am shocked from what I have read, and will update my review accordingly. As of now I have had no issues but will update the review and share my experience. Again I am shocked to the core from the reviews I have read, so far my experience has been normal. Rodrigo Gonzalez is my coordinator and last conversation we had was very pleasant. Fingers 🤞.

    I have to say that the management team for Streetlane Homes has been exceptionally good to me. Whatever issue I have had or whenever I have contacted them with an issue or concern it was addressed immediately and with such professionalism!     I’m glad I chose to rent with streetlane! Maintenance has always been prompt with requests and my calls and emails( most recently with Laura) have ALWAYS been returned within 24hrs!     We recently moved in to a Streetlane homes and despite all the negative reviews, we have been very satisfied with our experience. We filled out an application and we’re told in 48 hrs that we had been accepted. It is a very nice, well kept home in a good neighborhood at a good price. There were a few repairs need and we told our leasing agent and they were fixed before we moved in. Once moving in a doing our move in inspection we noticed a few other things that needed to be done. We put in a request and were contacted within 48 hrs to get the repairs done . Oftentimes satisfied customers don’t leave reviews. We are very happy and would recommend Streetlane as a property management company .

    Beth was amazing! Our air went out in our rental in 110 degree weather in AZ with a baby. She was immediately helpful in getting us in contact with the correct people. She went above and beyond even answering my calls and texts outside of work hours. After it was fixed she made sure to reach out and make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.     One service man came but had to leave to get numbers for our house, then had to order the right size (3-4 days ago). but the request to fix the bottom of the garage door is cosmetic, despite the fact that it keeps out the bugs, rain, wind, dirt and leaves. So they wont pay to repair it. they came back and did an excellent job. And on 12/6/23 I spoke to Andrew at Streetlane homes and he was extremely helpful. THANK YOU .

    There are some horrific reviews on here, but thankfully weve had a great experience so far. Theyve been very responsive to our maintenance requests. Our move-in specialist Leslie Milam was very helpful. The initial guy we worked with, Rodrigo Gonzalez, was our hero. Dude got more calls and emails then he knew what to do with and handled it poise. All in all, were pleased.

    Could not be happier than working with this company. I was able to tour the house immediately. Received a phone call, email and text shortly after touring with invitation to apply. Application process was smooth and easy and I received an answer almost immediately after applying. This is NOT the norm right now in Las Vegas where property managers never respond, take your application and fee and also never respond. Streetlane is the real deal. Thank you!

    First Id like to personally thank Jacie Frost for her understanding and kindness all throughout this process. Ms Frost was very candid and knowledgeable about her job and was able to answer every question I asked. My daughter, wife and I just came off an extremely horrible experience with the first Realty Group we were talking to, we became hesitant to put down app fees as this other company stacked application as much as 8 at $95.00 each app to gain more profits for themselves at no refunds. Im extremely happy we found Streetlane Homes and more importantly Ms Frost being so honest and professional about how she processed our application quickly.

    Moving is stressful enough but not being able to use our garage would have made it doubly stressful in these frigid temperatures. After submitting a work request through the online portal, which is very user friendly, Streetlane sent out a technician ASAP to assess the problem and to get our garage door opener up and running the very same day.     I like the home. It is a nice size. Just a few kinks that need to be worked out maybe it was sitting for a minute. I had the pleasure of working with Carmen when I ran into a little financial hardship. She was patient and worked with me until I was able to get the funds to pay.     I love the house Im in. Maintenance issues are handled in a timely manner. Streetlane homes was very understanding with me when I went through some difficult times.     I am very pleased to share the experience I had with streetlane homes. We had a big water leak from the meter to the house which had the city turn off our water until the problem was fixed. That was very inconvenient for my family not being able to have running water. So When i reached out to get my issue resolved, i have to say big thanks to Terry piard for getting the right people out here in a very timely manner, and getting the problem fixed. Also thank you for being concerned about our familys situation, and advised us they would put us up in a hotel for the time we were without water, or credit us on rent during time without. Since the problem was fixed in such a short time, we chose rent credit and that credit has already been applied to our next months rent. Very positive experience during a difficult time. To everyone that helped from beginning to end THANK YOU 😊 🙏

    I have recently sold my home and was in a rush to find a rental home. I came across a home from Streetlane Homes and fell in love with it!! It was so easy to tour the home and was even able to tour it at any time I was available. Love that they have the self tour option makes it so much easier. After viewing the home I applied right away and was approved within a couple of hours. Jessica was very helpful and responsive regarding any questions I had!!!

    Christina is the best at helping out and responding to emails and text messages! No matter the reason I am always sure she will respond and help to the best of her ability! She is always there for any and all your questions and needs wether it’s billing, maintenance, office questions and/or renewals she got you! So glad she works here Streetlane wouldn’t have my business if it wasn’t for her!! She is my main and only point of contact and hope it never changes!!     Didn’t want to delete this comment but wanted to adjust it instead. Had it not been for Kylie the portfolio manager I would have left it at a one star. She should be running the entire company. She was Honest and you could tell she has experience in customer service. Thanks for turning things around KylieHow could I not have read the reviews!!! SMH I’ve never had worse customer service than I have had with Streetlane Homes. It’s impossible to get anyone on the phone unless it is in regards to renewing your lease. Ally is the worse, well honestly so is everyone else I’ve dealt with. I love the house but they call themselves a management company but no all they do is provide an app to pay rent. Upon moving in leftover building materials were left in front of the garage, our oven didn’t work for the first four months, and today I found out that I have been living in a home that was extremely unsafe to live in because I imagine no inspection or permits had been issued prior to my moving in. My dogs are in this house by themselves sometimes, everything I own is in this home and on top of everything else they try to increase my rent by slipping it into a new lease like I wouldn’t know. Shady. Oh and forget about getting an actual utility bill because all they do is base it off an average or time of year formula. I was out of the country for a month yet because it was winter time my gas and water skyrocketed. Shady if anyone is reading this just know that you did sign a contract but each state has specific laws that will supersede some of the snake like wording that was In my lease anyway. I don’t know what’s wrong with business these days that think they can treat there customers like this. Cause one day there going to encounter a customer like me who is smart enough to know his house probably isn’t the only one that could have endangered it’s resident

    The Streetlane home we live in has had TONS of maintenance issues which has been challenging. That being said we really really appreciate that the team has worked hard to make sure that all the needed maintenance has been done. Terry, the manager for our region, and his team also made sure that we were appropriately compensated which made a big difference for our experience.

    I had a lot of issues when I moved in. I was not happy when i walked in and there was a leaking sink, no ac, and windows without locks. and I put in work orders and not even 15 minutes later maintenance called me. Emily was helpful, sincere, and made sures everything was taken care of. Everything was taken care of that day!!! Emily even gave me her phone number so I could text if I noticed anything else. good customer service so far

    I haven’t even moved in yet and I’m terrified. Getting ahold of the leasing agent Theresa Dames, is impossible. I’m a single mom and run a very busy family business. All I need is to change my move in date. To actually move in sooner which means more money for them… Ugh it’s impossible 😂 even after reaching out to the email left by the commenter, STILL no response. ThanksI’d like to update this hideous review by saying Sagni Vazquez stepped in after several failed attempts to amend the move in date on my lease.Ms. Vazquez was able to get my request not only escalated but approved in a matter of moments after reviewing my several other failed attempts at reaching out to the leasing agent handling my application.Ms. Vazquez was professional, polite, understanding of my needs and proficient at her job.Thank you Ms. Vazquez for turning what was ending up to be a regret into a good day!I wish I could give Streetlane in general 5 stars, but Ms. Sagni Vazquez definitely gets ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!
