They are professional and knowledgeable and always took great care of my needs. I live out of state and they provided the peace of mind I needed knowing that my property was well taken care of.     What a great company! We rented our house before we sold it and SPM was involved with both transactions. Couldn’t be more pleased with such a professional staff. I would recommend to anyone if you’re thinking of renting, selling or buying. You won’t be disappointed. Our experience was really awesome.     I have been with the team at Strategic Property Management for over 10 years. They managed my rental property in the San Antonio area and were always very responsive to both the renter and myself. Their communication with me was excellent. They went above and beyond many times by assisting with minor renovations between renters to ensure the place was able to get the most money possible. They also managed the major repairs after a storm one year, while having to deal with the insurance company and neighbors whose tree fell on the home. I do not live in the state, but never had to worry about a thing with the home. I knew they always knew had my best interests in mind while managing my property.When it was time to sell my property it was a natural fit to have Strategic Property Management manage this as well. The home had 2 offers within 5 days. They were there every step of the way through the closing to include delivering a check to the HOA to ensure an on time closing.I highly recommend there services for both Rental management and Buying and Selling a property.

    SPM has managed my rental property for 10 years and recently listed it and sold it. I can not think of a better Management team. I lived half a country away and never had to worry about my house because they took such good care of it. They were always fair and professional with myself and tenants in the house and I completely trust them. They really made it headache free to rent and then to sell the house.     From start to finish this company has been one of the best companies that Ive had the pleasure of renting from.     Fantastic service! I could not give a stronger recommendation!I own three rental properties which SPM manages and I could not be happier. We have been with them since 2005, and we have been through thick and thin with the economy. They are extremely attentive to our needs, and they respond immediately. Head and shoulders above all other property management companies we have used in other states over the years. As an out of state owner, I could not ask for more; SPM are our boots on the ground and they feel like family to us!     I have been with them for close to a year now, started with buying a condominium to renting it out. My experience with them is great, no hassle at all. Their staff is very friendly and responsive. My whole deal from buying to renting to managing on day to day basis has been done over email and phone. Didnt face any issues in any of the paperworks and everything was taken care by Jaime and team. I would highly recommend them for any of your property management.

    SPM has been a great company for the property management and subsequent sale of my house. They were always quick to act on any maintenance requests and followed up on any concern from either myself or my tenants, even after hours.Being out of state, their communications were always timely and informative, especially during the sale of my house.     Excellent property management company to rent from. Had no problems with maintance issues being resolved in a timely matter. As a matter of fact my A/C compressor went out last August (2016) and due to delay in parts coming in, Sharon and Lindsey went above and beyond in keeping me cool by offering their office portable a/c unit until my home A/C was fixed. Unfortunately this year the property owner took house of market and again both Karen and Lindsey gave me the option to go month to month until I found a new home prior to July.. I fortunately found a home in April but the option was extended non the less. Kudos to this dynamic team!

    SPM was a very hands on company that took care of all of our needs with the home as they arose! Lindsay especially went above and beyond in our moment of need in the winter months; our heater was not working properly and not only did they get someone out to fix it within 2 days, she brought over a heater for us to use which was essential for the children. Great company to work with for renting a home!

    For the most part, strategic property management did a great job at tending to any requests or maintenance that needed to get done in a timely manner. There were some instances early on where we felt some representatives were dismissive of some of the issues on the property, but otherwise issues were eventually addressed.     I have a rental property that SPM has been managing for several years. They are consistently responsive, a good steward of both the property and my wallet! They also do a very impressive job of providing photos in the monthly packets to illustrate any required maintenance work, as well as in their annual inspection report on the condition of the property. This level of documentation is the best I’ve seen from any management company.

    They have got to be the best team to manage rentals. They communicate well, super friendly and caring, and take care of repairs etc extremely fast. A friend of mine put her house for rent and she needed drywall repair, cleaning, etc and they handled it all.
