We have been in this house for almost a year now and i must say im very glad we made a good choice. The house is extremely clean, well maintained and the neighborhood is wealth exploring, the bedrooms were big and comfortable. The renting process was easy, i made a great choice no regrets

This was the first time renting a property, and I was honestly worried about the whole process. My partner and I had some negative marks on our history but Straight Forward Property Management was willing to give us a shot, and we got accepted next day after putting in the application. After that, they were extremely responsive via text, email, and phone calls, and they made sure we understood exactly what needed paid and by when for the move in costs. Cassie and Amanda have been incredible with making sure we were set up properly and have been quick with responding and helpful. We are now ready to move in and my partner and I feel great about our time here after our initial experience with Straight Forward Property Management.

I could not recommend Straight Forward Property Management more! I was very nervous to rent our home and searched for the best management company, we found it and more. Amanda has been an absolute pleasure to work with, she communicates quickly, clearly and she really knows her stuff. Another huge benefit is they genuinely care about your property and do their best to protect your investment. They have gone above and beyond to make sure our home is taken care of. It is a huge relief off of us to not have to worry about our home knowing that they are taking great care of it and keeping us informed. I am so thankful I decided to use this company and I absolutely recommend them 110%! If you have a rental let them manage it - you wont be disappointed.

Excellent experience with this company. Been with them for almost an year. They have convenience of operating online with billing, maintenence request, payments and other leasing options. I get same day response from them with any concerns (their text line really works). I had AC issue, on Thursday, they had professional come out on an Saturday and was back on and working. They actually have NICE/CLEAN properties in TX. Give them a try you wont regret it.

I appreciated the thoughtful move in gift bag and every time Ive had a maintenance issue it has been handled in lightening fast speed with quality work. Everyone I have talked to has been very polite. Their payment portal and maintenance request system is very easy to use. As a renter I would prefer a property managed by them and if I were an owner I would as well.

I just leased a condo in Dallas through NTPM and couldn’t believe what an easy, fast and pleasant experience it was. I had applied on a Monday and had the keys to my new place in hand by Friday. Everything was handled electronically from signing the lease to paying my deposit & monthly utilities. Amanda Mack was extremely professional, prompt to reply to any questions/texts, and kept me in the loop through out the whole process.
