We are so grateful for Sterling Real Estate Groups services as our:1. Property Management in Texas, for almost a decade (2015 to 2024) - all the staff were very professional in delivering the statement and wiring funds to us consistently every month, taking care of our tenants even on the weekends, and always respectful of our wishes as the owner of the house from Los Angeles. The communications were very transparent and always on time. Sterling Real Estate Group has managed our rent house in Katy, TX for over 33 years. We have to be one of their longest customers. They have been fantastic. They have been a dream to work with. One of their renters stayed for 11 years, another for 9 years. When the house burned in 2013, they managed the reconstructions process, and when we finally decided to sell the property last month, they obtained a contract within days that closed in less than a month. I have rented several properties through Sterling Real Estate Group for the last 5+ years. The staff at Sterling are reliable, knowledgeable, and always quick to return my calls or emails. They provide a personal service notifying you when repairs exceed your personal monetary tolerance threshold and have a mature network of contacts to ensure repairs are done quickly and right the first time. Their accounting is spot on making end of year taxes a breeze. Their screening of tenants has been spot on and I trust in their recommendations completely. I initially listed my first house with them when I had to move unexpectedly and then added a second a couple years later. Living out of town means that I need a company I can depend on, and Sterling is that company. I plan to us them as long as I rent my two properties.

Sterling has managed my rental property for 31 years. We originally lived in CA during this time before moving back to North TX. We have always been very pleased with their service and efficiency.
