I have bought and sold a lot of property through the years and have used several different realtors and Ive never encountered a realtor like Tom and Ashley. I chose Sphere Realty to handle all the real estate needs of selling my home and acreage and also chose Sphere Realty to purchase my new home. The reason I chose Tom Slowbe over others is because prior to selling, I inquired on another property for my son. He had no commitment to me or my family and yet he answered my calls or replied immediately. He was helpful and very informative. I liked how involved and well versed he was with the community. Upon detaining him as our realtor, he was very active on selling our home. He ALWAYS answers his phone or responds immediately. He has answers to everything and if he doesnt, he will find them out and promptly respond. He is progressively proactive and professional and yet personable. He makes you feel as if you are his only client. I had total confidence in his efforts because he expresses that will and fortitude to sell your property. When the time came to buy our new home, we chose to stay with Sphere and we transitioned over to Ashley Singh who happens to be his wife. She is special and unique! Sharon was Heaven sent to our family! Sharon not only sold our former home but also helped with the purchasing process of our current home. We could have not prayed for a better person for the job. We went through a lot of ups and downs during the process of selling our previous home and purchasing our new home. Nothing Sharon did wrong, just a few hurdles along the way and incompetent people not doing their side of things.From the beginning Sharon helped us by coaching us and even helped moved things with us to stage our home. Our home was up for sale in less then 48 hours! We had an offer on our home in less then a week. The purchasers were not able to purchase our home. Long story short within a month we had several offers! We had so many offers we were able to be picky on whom we wanted to sale our home too. Also, during this process it was a little rough having random people going in and out of our home so frequently. Bust Sharon stayed on top of the possible buyers and made sure they treated our home with care during viewings.We also personally loved working with Sharon because our two children enjoyed when she would stop by to update us or just check in. I have been renting here for 4 years now, Sphere Realty started managing our duplex about a year after my lease started. Since then I can do nothing but rave about the high quality of overall service I have received as a tenant. They are super fast at responding to our needs and their service personnel deliver high quality service with the utmost professionalism. If they cannot fix an issue properly, they replace it. No patchwork repairs that simply delay the inevitable. All thumbs up from me and I highly recommend Sphere Realty to anyone who is looking for a management company for their property!Update: After another 3 years with Sphere Realty, I can only re-iterate my previous comments. In the middle of this Central Texas heatwave (08/21/23 and like 40 something days over 100 degrees), our AC stopped working properly. If you are seriously trying to buy a house or even just interested in exploring your options Ashley is the person you need to talk to hands down! We bought a new DR Horton home in Sonterra and Ashley was on the builders every step of the way to make sure that our home was perfect. For instance the was a small crack, about 2 inches, in our window frame in the dining room. We talked with the builder supervisor and was told that they dont replace window frames. We got in contact with Ashley and she said no way that is not acceptable! She went about the building supervisor straight to the head office in Temple. Long story short the whole window will be replaced and our home is perfect. If we had to do it all over again, definitely would not hesitate to go with Ashley. She makes buying a home less stressful and a more enjoyable experience. Ashley thank you for everything!
