We made a request to our HOA for the installation of a Standby Home Generator and the process with ARC was very easy. They made one request for us to send them a plat and we did that. I also received some information from our contractor that will be installing our SHG so I added that to our request for approval. From the time that I initiated the request to we received the approval was just under a week. I am very grateful that this went smoothly.

I choose The Woodlands as I didnt see Humble, TX. However, I was very impressed by the quick approval. I checked my email daily and replied the same day or following day. My last reply/upload was done and I received an email stating that it could take up to 60 days. To my surprise, it only took 5 days after turning in all required paperwork. I was so excited to receive the approval so promptly. I am grateful for the quick turnaround. Thank you so much ❤️

Our HOA changed to Spectrum almost 2 years ago, and the community feedback has been very positive! Weve had a LOT more communication and involvement with Spectrum. The last HOA had offices right in our neighborhood, so we were all concerned that Spectrum wouldnt be as responsive due to the distance from their closest office location, but they have completely exceeded all of our expectations. I would highly recommend them. Lindsay Jones is our community manager, and SHE ROCKS!

Our board selected Spectrum for their strong processes, follow through, and reputation. Though my term ended about a month ago, We are one year in, and they are doing a really good job. Tayler is friendly, easy to reach, and knowledgeable.

I needed to remove trees from my yard due to over planting, exposed roots, roots growing around pluming and sprinkler lines, foundation and driveway damage. Bethany K. was most helpful in guiding me through the process, being sure I had everything in order before submitting my request to the landscaping committee. Bethany submitted my request within a half an hour of my submission and while waiting on approval kept me informed of the status. The committee was very prompt in their response having approved my request within a week. I hope everyone has the same experience I did. These committees are in place to help us keep our homes and subdivisions looking good so we can be proud of where we live. Thanks to everyone involved.

Recently, lightning struck a very large pine tree on the vacant, wooded lot next to my house. It killed the tree very quickly. I was concerned that the tree could fall and damage my property or injure someone. I didnt know who owned the lot, so I contacted my Spectrum HOA board members, who were very responsive to my concerns. My rep Ashley, communicated and guided me through the process. Thankfully, the lot owner is a board member and got the tree taken down. The tree removal company was professional and efficient, and they removed the dead tree quickly and safely. I am very grateful to the HOA for taking this matter seriously and for protecting the safety of my home and our community.

Our HOA switched to Spectrum in 2021 and we have been very pleased with the move. Though Spectrum is great, it is our Association manager, Charlotte Carlson, who makes it wonderful. She is quick to respond and take action and she is a wealth of knowledge when helping our board maneuver through decisions.

Randy Mikesell has been great to work with on ACC matters for the community. He is prompt and thorough. Working with Stephanie Hopper as our community manager has been a great experience as well. Ms. Hopper is quick to respond to emails and phone calls. She is proactive with issues that arise time to time such as maintenance for items in the community. I highly recommend The Woodlands Spectrum Management Company for anyone looking for a management team that cares about the communities they are involved in.

Spectrum Management has been a big asset to our community. Stephanie Hopper is the community manager. She is extremely prompt, professional and knowledgeable. Stephanie is always there to answer questions and get things done!Elizabeth Wicks is always willing to help push things through in a rush, when necessary. She has been very helpful to me personally on several occasions.Randy Mikesell is great with the ACC requests and keeping everything on track and organized.Sally Armitage has been a great asset to our team. Again, very prompt, professional and knowledgeable.Everyone has such a positive attitude and temperament. I highly recommend the team at Spectrum!

As an HOA Board member both Tiffany Sandford and Jennifer Sandlin have great communication with the entire board about things going on within the community and staying on top of all day to day items that keep our community running .

Samantha Vargas of the Association was extremely helpful and got the approval from the review Committee in a day. Splendid work indeed. We really appreciate the quick response.

Ive been on the board of directors for a few years now and encouraged the switch to Spectrum. When we wanted to start moving our community into the digital age for meetings and correspondence our property manager Jessica Brown had no problems keeping up with us. Spectrum and their team is very professional and responsive for our homeowners. Since we switched our community involvement has increased and our vendors are happy to work with Jessica. Blake and the team are super easy to work with. We have done a lot of work for our mutual clients and it has always been easy for us contractors and of course the home to get the process started. Some HOAs are not as efficient and even charge you for submitting requests! Top notch!

She is always on top of everything follows through on all tasks we ask her to complete is very easy to get a hold of and always returns calls. She is knowledgeable about laws and gives good recommendations as to what would be good for us board members to do to help improve the way we run things and make our community better. We love having her and would recommend her to everyone she rocks!

I worked with Becki Johnston on the Fall Creek landscaping for Amberwood. She was very professional and always quick to provide responses and updates on the project. She helped get proposals to redo the landscaping that had died and was very helpful during the HOA board meeting. Becki is professional and friendly and is doing a great job. She is a great addition to the Fall Creek community.

I thought it would be a great troublesome to get my request for roof and fence replacements approved. It was not. Ms. Erica Chen with Spectrumam located in San Antonio was very kind and informed/advised me what exact paperwork that I needed to complete my application. The delay was on my part in getting the right paperwork. Once I had all required information and documents submitted, it would take 3 days and I got the approval. Please note that I requested to have the fence and roof replacements to be exactly the same as the existing to avoid up to 30 days waiting time for the committee to review and approve.

It is hard to find a property management company that is generally liked, but Jessica Brown from spectrum has really made that true in our case at pinecrest forest. She has been very responsive and knowledgeable about details to keep our community working efficiently. She is accessible to the community always giving out her card at board meeting for people who require management assistance vs generic email or phone number. We are lucky to have her here in pinecrest forest. Thanks spectrum.

So I wanted to add a covered patio and with the horrible experiences of our past HOA I have to say, Spectrum, actually Bethany at Spectrum Woodlands, TX made this a quick painless experience for me. I really thought I would have to go thru hoops. But I didnt. Bethany did respond quickly to me to ask for some clarification I needed to include and my approval was passed in less than a week. Maybe because it was a very basic patio covering but it was certainly painless and took less than the 30 days allowed. Thank you Bethany!

I contacted The Woodlands, Texas HOA and informed them that I had a roof replacement quote from a prospective firm and that I didnt want that quote to expire. With that, I requested if they could respond somewhat expeditiously with an approval on the roof shingles being proposed for my home. Even though the policy is for the HOA to be allowed up to 30 days to provide a written response to any home improvement requests, manager Tyrone Pringle went up and beyond what they were allowed, time wise, and responded to my request within 24 hours after my request. With rains coming and the Fall season setting upon us, it was important to have this request turned around quickly, and Tyrone exceeded expectations for my wife and me. We are grateful for his tackling our request so professionally and quickly. We also appreciate how this HOA monitors our neighborhood and alerts residents to maintain yards, trim back limbs on trees, and their quick response to remove abandoned cars in the general Division. Much appreciated.
