Vickie Thames is an exemplary employee. She always makes me feel like she has all the time in the world for my concerns. She always has the best interest of our HOA at heart, and anytime we need anything, she gets right on it. She takes really good care of our needs, and I cannot recommend her highly enough.

I have had the pleasure to serve on our HOA board for several years now and last year we made the decision to move to SPECTRUM and I couldnt be more pleased with this decision. They have worked diligently to improve the management of our association. Quite frankly our original management company failed us miserably and Spectrum has been able to get the mess they inherited sorted out and in a position to thrive. They have been patient with us as board members and most importantly they have been patient with all of the home owners as we are transitioning to bigger and better things. If you find yourself unhappy with your current management company, I would highly recommend you give Spectrum an opportunity to manage your association.

Spectrum Manages our community and I will say that the attention and quick response to any concerns or questions I have are always very fast and efficient. Chandra is a very nice lady and seems to try to always do what is best for us as a community.

I had an issue with my prorated dues not being paid in my closing cost and Chandra was AMAZING at helping me get it taken care of. After some poor experiences trying to take care of this online, I reached out to the local representative Chandra. I was pleasantly surprised and cannot say how wonderful she was with trying to help me find out what went wrong and actively working to fix it. Thank you Chandra!

Spectrum is the best of the best when it comes to HOA Management. They are very responsive and have great leadership and feedback in helping HOA boards. They have a good system and process in helping ACC request get approved and their response times to homeowners with questions or needing help are quick and very helpful.

Spectrum began serving our community about two years ago. The Declarant or developer of the subdivision turned the governance of the community over to the HOA a year and a half ago, and the newly elected Board of Directors began its association with Spectrum at that time. The HOA Board has been very pleased with the service we receive from Spectrum. They very effectively take care of the details of HOA management such as assessment billing and collections, budget, invoicing and bill payment, contracting with vendors, bi.weekly drive throughs in the community, issuing violation notices, arranging board meetings, etc.Our Board has always had a very good relationship with the Community Manager assigned by Spectrum to our community. We have very recently been assigned a new Community Manager, and to this early point, Arianna has shown herself to be very involved, efficient, and has quickly familiarized herself with our individual situation. I fully expect that our Board will continue to have the same type of productive and effective relationship that we have experienced in the past. Spectrum and our individual Community Manager have our endorsement and recommendation.
