    I applied to an HOA managed by Spectrum to install a generator. Ive never made that type of application to an HOA before, but their app made it easy. When they asked for additional information, I was able to quickly provide what they needed and send photos. I was especially happy that the project was approved very quickly. Much appreciated!Update: I applied to have the roof replaced. The roofing company was anxious that I do the application quickly because they thought approval would take up to thirty days. Instead, it was approved the following day. The roofers seemed pretty surprised and now the installation is scheduled for next week.

    I am a nearly 20 year resident/property owner of Walden on Lake Houston. The first 15 or so years was extraordinarily painful, always in opposition of the communities betterment. Always in conflict with the matters or the issues that concern is (property owners). Our community had been in constant decline by the inaction of our previous management company to a point that the harmonious (???) living became stressful and challenging even to the point that litigation was necessary to get the basic duties of our association to even respond. When the association and the many previous boards did respond it was with an aggressive approach of even from the President screaming at property owners. “The Board” lacked in their Fiduciary responsibilities to the point that our current Board with the full support of WLH Community demanded a change. After extensive search SpectrumAM landed in our laps.SpectrumAM management and its entire staff have been a remarkable change. In that it has culminated into an incredibly awesome turn around in capital improvements of our community that ha e been long over due.I’ve since become Chair of one Committee and sit on another.SpectrumAM, has been a true blessing. I do not possess the verbiage to express what a positive difference SpectrumAM has made.The community has become a wonderful place to live. Whether you are a young new family, senior citizen, LGBTQ 🏳️‍🌈 a person with Disability ♿️ and culturally diverse welcoming all to Our Community. SpectrumAM is always available.     Most things having to do with structure and landscaping need to be reviewed and approved by the HOA Architecture Review Committee. I submitted a request for some landscaping improvements and had it approved in two days. Thats really, really fast! The fact of the matter is that Ive had only very positive interactions with the HOA and the staff support for the ARC - they are easy to work with and help you make sure all your is are dotted and ts are crossed. They get two thumbs up from me!

I found Mr. Hale to be extremely respectful and genuinely concerned about a prompt approval on my new fence. It is stated that most approval’s are answered in a 30 day time frame.     Today, I was engaged in a Chat with a very nice person named Brisa who really went the extra mile to resolve my HOA billing issues. Most people would have just quoted me the company process for disputing charges, but Brisa sincerely tried to help me get my disputed charges resolved immediately. How often does that happen? But it did happen with such a dedicated employee like Brisa! She deserves a pay increase! Why? Because it is hard to find people who really care about doing a great job. The customer service that I received from Brisa was nothing short of exceptional. This review limits me to a five-star rating which is the highest, but what she really deserves is a ten-star rating. Brisa has taken care of my billing issues with professionalism, timeliness and conscientiousness which all adds up to a GREAT customer experience.

    OMG! I can truly say that Mandy is truly a gem and an asset to the Spectrum organization.Simply put, Mandy just gets it done. When we transitioned to Spectrum our HOA business was kind of in shambles and lacked order/structure.     This company works with the HOA Board as if they were themselves residents. This is important. Having that kind of perspective leads to a more Humane relationship. Our Manager, Jessica B. is phenomenal. It is almost as if she can read our minds before we ask her questions and she has made the transition from in person meetings to Zoom seamless. We have more participation and the meetings are filled with less fluff. When you have good people on your team, your team can get things done.They are the best management company we have had supporting our HOA. They have managed our community for several years now. They are conscientious when it comes to managing our deed restrictions / covenants and are excellent communicators.

    I have worked with Spectrum for a number of years as a member of my HOA. They have always been concerned about the communities and people with which they interact. Their staff is friendly and always willing and ready to help! They are knowledgeable about their community and the laws governing HOAs within their counties and states. Keeping up with the ever changing rules and HOA boards is difficult to do and Spectrum always steps up.

    Michelle Villegas has been Great to work with as our property manager. I have found her to be extremely reliable and completely professional. The best way to describe her is Committed and Dedicated; so much so that she will not rest if there are any unresolved issues. Though weve only have had the pleasure of Michelles services for a short time ,our community Heritage Creek; has been with Spectrum Association Management for a few years.
