    Krystal Fernandez has been very helpful each time I had a concern. She responds promptly, sets realistic expectations, keeps me informed on progress, and follows through. She’s had sidewalks scraped for mud, instigated clearing huge piles of debris away from the culvert under FM150, and had diseased trees removed.     I have been a resident in my current community for 10 years and property managers have come and gone under Spectrum.l without little notice.Krystal Fernandez has been our community manager for over 2 years now and she has been, by far, the most communicative, consistent and timely. When an issue is presented she immediately replies with a response and lets us know it is being worked on or directed to the correct area of expertise.Having severed on an HOA board, I know that being part of property management can be a thankless job but what Krystal does is appreciated and I know is necessary to keep our community clean, safe and functioning.

    Spectrum manages the HOA subdivision we live in. During my time as a member of our Board of Directors, Krystal Fernandez was our community manager and she was a pleasure to work with.     Ive always been skeptical of HOAs especially after having Goodwin, but Veronica V has restored my faith. She worked tirelessly to get the deeds transferred over from my builder so that our easements could finally get regularly maintained. She did what Goodwin couldnt do in 5 years in just a few weeks. I also appreciate how responsive Veronica is to all our emails. It truly feels like she cares about our needs.

    We have been working with Spectrum for several years now so, we have had the opportunity to experience different property managers; good, bad, and mediocre. Regardless, I appreciate that we are able to express concerns with property managers until we find the best fit for our board and our community. With that being said, Krystal Fernandez was assigned to our property a little under a year ago and she has been excellent to work with. Her communication with the board and the vendors is professional and efficient. Although she doesn’t live in our community, she takes an invested interest in making sure the needs of our community are met while respecting our fiscal responsibility to properly manage the HOA budget for our community. I give Spectrum 4 stars because of the challenges we have had but their ability to resolve those issues.     Ive been very impressed with our property manager Elizabeth. She is responsive and always follows through to solve problems identified in the neighborhood. Spectrum has been an easy Association Management company to work with over the years and has always worked with the board and homeowners to improve the interactions with residents when issues are brought to their attention. I would like to see their website modernized and also provide a much richer neighborhood website experience for their neighborhoods that can be customized and give the ability to have rich content.

    Our HOA switched to Spectrum in January of 2022. Transitioning from one management company to another can be a daunting experience, however, Spectrum did an amazing job, and more importantly we got an amazing site manager. Chrissy Marshall is a rock star. I was very impressed with her knowledge and skill. She always had the answers before the questions were even being asked:) I give Chrissy 6 stars!!!

    Spectrum manages the HOA at the subdivision we are developing properties in. We are specifically in the Temple area of Texas and our representative, Courtney M. has been wonderful. Same day responses most of the time and clear, concise emails making it easy for me as the Project Director to manage my projects. In my experience, most management companies do not operate in this manner and it is refreshing. Thank you Spectrum. Keep that bar high!

    We had a great experience with the Spectrum HOA team (particularly Linda Cusano). We had applied for approval to make some modifications to our patio and received our response in record time (less than a week). Linda was patient, listened well, acted quickly and helped us out - when the turnaround time could have been as much as 60 days and we would have paid higher for the project due to supply chain issues.

    I had a very positive experience with Courtney Mullen with Spectrum Association Management. I had submitted a request for improvements to my property. She promptly responded to my request, but it was obvious to me that there was some confusion as to what I wanted and whether or not it would adversely impact the neighborhood. I invited Courtney to contact me by phone, and she promptly did so. Our conversation allowed us to fully discuss the project, what concerns she anticipated the ACC would have, and the responses to those concerns. I followed up by submitting additional information to the ACC, and my project was approved allowing me to maintain my timeline. HOAs, and management companies provide a valuable service to neighborhoods so long as the people involved stay respectful and focused on obtaining a positive outcome. It was a pleasure dealing with Courtenay.

    This was my first time in 12 years to make a change that required Association approval and I was really nervous about doing it. Our roof was damaged in the April 15th 2021 hailstorm and we really wanted to put on a 35 year roof--which was a different color shingles. I made the request on 12/7 and Andrew Hale had approved it by 12/14. This was a way better response time than I had ever expected. He was very kind and respectful and incredibly responsive. Im now looking forward to our next project coming up in January knowing that Andrew is going to be helping us. Thank you Andrew!

Things like proximity to our neighborhood, bilingual communication, technology, record keeping, enforcement, value, customer service, and care.I have enjoyed working with Spectrum andVeronica especially. She treats people fairly, while having genuine compassion and care. She does a great job listening to the community and sharing this with the board. This helps our community to grow in a healthy, and inviting way. Veronica was also a tremendous help for our neighborhoods 1st Fall Festival. She went above and beyond to help our board with the prep, research, budgeting, planning, and more.As a board member, I really appreciated Veronica taking her personal time, on a Saturday, to help host our HOA event, provide information to neighbors about Spectrum, and introduce her company to our community. This helped us to provide an open bridge of communication for our community and Association Management company relationship.At the end of the day people want to feel like they are being heard and treated fairly. I believe Spectrum and Veronica are helping our neighborhood accomplish this.

    I want to give a BIG shout out to Chrissy Marshall at Spectrum Association Mgmt.At the beginning of the year the Forest Oaks HOA Board chose to choose a new property manager to run the HOA. Spectrum AM won the bidding process and started work in January 2022. As a past board member (2014 - 18) and the president of the HOA, I have been extremely happy with the way Chrissy has managed the HOA (I am still on the Landscape Committee).I have personally witnessed the increased transparency in the reports (budgeting, reserve planning, and setting short and long-term goals), the ability to work with the current HOA Board, contractors and vendors, and open communications and dialog with the Owners of the Association (all 1487 of us). Its interesting that of the 23,000 single family homes in the City of Cedar Park, 1487 are in the Forest Oaks HOA. Thats 6.45 percent of all the single-family homes in the city.No group of homeowners is ever easy to work with, we all have various needs and concerns. I am confident in Chrissys work ethic, professionalism and dedication to Spectrum and our HOA.If your neighborhood is looking for change or a fresh approach, I would suggest you reach out to Spectrum AM in your bidding process.

I am happy to say over the last 2-years, in my opinion, she has continued to demonstrate 5-Star worthy praise in working with our Board and residents.     We live in the Pinnacle community and we are really so grateful for the work done by Dache Hammonds. From the beginning to the end, the experience was easier than we thought.     Krystal Fernandez is the community manager of my development. I serve on the Social Committee of the HOA and help nominate yards for The Yard of the Month and Christmas Decorating contest. Krystal and I share contact with each other through emails and then we meet the winners and she give the homeowners a gift card. Krystal is very prompt in answering emails and submitting informations to the board. She is very professional in meeting the homeowners. She followers through with homeowners request. She has done a very good job as the community manager.

    We live in Round Rock and are personally VERY happy with our HOA Mgmt since Spectrum took over, the 3rd Mgmt company in the 10+ years we have lived here! It wasn’t until Spectrum took over that errors paying our HOA due during closing in 2010 were corrected in the HOA records showing we had never been delinquent despite having provided documentation as proof to the 2 former HOA Mgmt companies. As further proof, many thanks to Andrew Hale who helped walked me through the process of submitting renovation plans for ACC approval, reviewed and confirmed my paperwork was complete, and immediately notified us when the approval from our HOA ACC was completed.Thanks again, Andrew - customer service is alive and well at Spectrum!!

    Spectrum Mgmt. handles affairs for the Roy Roy Home Associations. As such they have to make sure that the HOA rules are followed and end up having to engage with a lot of us residences. I am very pleased with the way Spectrum staff handle their duties. They are friendly and responsive even when dealing with homeowners sometimes frustrated with the HOA rules. I appreciate how they work with us and look upon us as their customers and maintain a high level of service. Customer interface is the most important thing in any such engagement and Spectrum does their best to put that front and forward. Whenever i have reached out to them they have respond quickly and efficiently. I am pleased with how things have been handled even though i have lost my share of battles with HOA rules. I never felt that they were not serving us. i appreciate that very much. It is important that customers feel treated with dignity and respect and i fell that Spectrum makes sure they excel in that.     This place has dispelled all my HOA phobias. I was afraid to buy a house with one because I thought theyd be tyrannical and expensive. But mine is a gift that just keeps giving. I really appreciate that they facilitate sustainable practices like xeriscaping, using native plants, and putting solar panels on the house. And I am so grateful to Andrew Hale who puzzles through my frequent requests. They are complex text walls with many attachments and I dont know the right way to do them. So its a relief when they come back quickly with an approval and a nice note.
