This is our first experience with an HOA. We had to submit plans to build a shed. Frankly Ive heard alot issues when dealing with an HOA and was quite nervous. Once I submitted the plans, I forgot to include one specification. Dache reached out quickly, was professional and gave me specifics. I updated the request and my request was approved in 24 hours!! That was much faster than I ever anticipated. The clear and effective communication coupled with excellent customer service was absolutely a fantastic experience to our first interaction in an HOA environment. Thank you Dache!

We applied for a shed permit and Dache Hammonds was very kind, professional and extremely helpful in getting the proper information so that we could get approval. As irritating as it was that the HOA required so much information - she handled my frustrations like a true professional - and did every thing she could to help us get approval. We got an approval for our patio enclosure in less than a week once we submitted adequate paperwork. Big thanks to Dache Hommonds for being responsive ,helpful and professional. I deal with many HOA management companies in my job as a residential property manager. It is usually a challenge to get help when you call any HOA. However, great work deserves a shout out! Spectrum is by far the easiest to deal with and Jason Hogan has always been extremely helpful and knowledgeable to get issues resolved or questions answered. I wish all HOA mgmt companies had such great staff willing to go the extra mile. Thank you for always making my job easier.

Our community changed our management company to Spectrum in March of 2020. It is a decision that the BOD all made and have been so happy with. The switch was a seamless and easy. Jason was assigned our manager... he is amazing!!! I love his attitude and love towards his job. He truly wants the best for our community and neighbors; not to mention he is very knowledgable.
