Shavante and team went above and beyond in assisting me with a driveway repair. My driveway was damaged as a result of a community cable installation project. I was not having any success with resolving the issue with the assigned Project Manager. I notified Shavante of my issue.She and Larry Doyle worked diligently to have my driveway repaired. They ran into many obstacles during the process, but refused to give up. Many thanks to Shavante Langham! -

I am a real estate agent and I had a listing that was requiring a roof replacement which needed to be done before a closing date. With limited time we needed an approval from HOA ACC to get approved really fast so the roofing company could order the shingles and schedule a time. Dache Hammond made that happen. I’ve had many HOAs over the years with not so good experiences, actually pretty bad. My husband and I just moved to Seventeen Lakes and were skeptical about what to expect in terms of response times. We submitted our detailed plans for pool construction earlier this week and we’re approved in a matter of days. The communication has been great. Shout out to Lauren V., who was on top of our request and super friendly. What a welcome relief. -

Every management company has its pros and cons. In my opinion customer service and the person you deal with daily is the most important part. Melissa Wilson is AMAZING! She’s prompt, professional and definitely goes the extra mile for your community. She’s answered countless calls and emails during pool season when we really need her the most!! She’s made our residents so happy! It’s nice to know she’s just a phone call away if something goes wrong. -

Our HOA, The Lakes of Trophy Club, switched to Spectrum in 2020 and have now had 2 community managers. Our latest manager, Tiffany, is terrific! She is responsive, knowledgeable, on site often, and I often forget that we are not the only property that she manages because she makes us feel like she only works for us! I would highly recommend Spectrum and we are so grateful we made this change. -

I am on the board of our neighborhood HOA. We went through a terrible 3-4 years with our previous company that the builders chose. They didn’t not do anything for our community, didn’t keep up with the ledgers, didnt host meetings, etc. we decided to switch to SpectrumAM after reading multiple reviews and it has been amazing. The transition was rough due to lack of information from our previous company but our community manager and the higher ups at Spectrum AM went above and beyond during transition to take the weight off of us board members. They got everything organized, the portal is so easy to use online or from phone and our CM, Amber Valle, is absolutely amazing. We are happy we made the change! -

I have been dealing with them for a year and all good so far. Lately, when I needed some improvements and required an improvement request, I thought this would slow me down by dealing with the HOA but on the contrary, the process was very efficient. the request coordinator, Jennifer Garza, was very reasonable and got the request processed very quick. Also, Don Northern, the community manager, is very responsive on several occasions. -

We appreciate the professionalism of our ACC Coordinator - Dache Hammond. In the entire process, he was very organized in corresponding with us - outlining the steps needed to be submitted to complete our project request. We got timely feedback on the status of our request after we submitted the items he specified. We also received the approval letter ahead of the timeline set for the associations approval process.We are also enjoying the community and the continued care that the association is doing to make Deer Creek Estates a great place to live in.Thank you for continuing to do great work during these hard pandemic times. -

I submitted an improvement request online and got an email confirmation that they rcvd it right away, but it was not showing on my account that I had even filled one out. I tried the Chat feature on the Spectrum website the next day and they were responsive at first, and then it seemed like they ghosted me. But in the mean time, Andrew sent me an approval letter for my request. That was fast! Especially since the site says that stuff can take 30 days. I was very glad to get a fast response from Spectrum because its so hard to get them on the phone or to call you back. -

Our neighborhood recently voted in a completely new group of Directors with no direct experience of HOA governance. Because the previous directors did not give us a face-to-face turnover, we have struggled to get our feet under us and move forward with the business of the HOA. That said, Brenda Waters has been very patient with our numerous questions and has provided an answer to every question asked. We appreciate her professional demeanor and providing us with background information to issues we never had insight to before. This company is by far one the most thorough and dedicated property management companies Ive had the pleasure of working with. I have dealt with Nathan Gillis and Don Northern both on multiple occasions and can attest to both their levels of professionalism with which they conduct themselves, as well as, their dedication to the communities they serve. As for the negative reviews, it would appear that those folks were unaware that Spectrum does not write the rules for the home owners association that they serve. These guys are more thorough and involved than just about anyone else in the business. They are hands-on. They still meet contractors on site face to face to ensure that community needs are met and ensure that quality of work is paramount when it comes servicing their communities. These guys are great! -

They manage our HOA according to our HOA documents which makes our lives easier on the board. They have brought solutions and recommendations to issues that have been brought up within the community. In my experience, as far as HOA Management companies go, the Site Manager assigned to your Association makes all the difference.That being said, Don Northern is the best Site manager Ive ever worked with. I reserve the right to change this rating should they replace Don with a different, less-effective Site Manager.Their reservations and ACC approval staff has also been very attentive and effective over the past year. -

Height of Park Vista previously has 2 other HOA management firms. We moved to Spectrum after meeting with Nathan Gilliss several years ago. We coordinate HOA Quarterly meetings telephonically in the best interest of the board members. He communicates & responds promptly via emails. He has open door policy to resolve matters.He managed our annual meeting ion April 11, 2018, by locating a site feasible for our location. Mr Gillis is courteous & professional listening to our members concern & recommended solutions to issues at our meeting.We had issues we tall trees near electrical lines last year & after discussion, he contacted tree trimming firm to resolve the issue timely. Our HOA thanks Mr Gillis & his staff. -

There is no perfect managing company but Ive been EXTREMELY pleased with SpectrumAM and our representative Nathan G. Im new to our board and came into a very traditional way of operation and Nathan has taken the subtle changes that have been happening with grace and poise and has provided sound guidance on how to proceed all while protecting the interests of our community and being mindful of our smaller size.
