She did assisted me during the process of Home Improvement and went above and beyond to make sure my approvals were taken care and also great follow skills with the committee. Spectrum has been great to work with for my community. As a former board member and resident they have been so responsive and efficient at communication and problem resolution. Christina Wood, in particular has been stellar to work with alongside. I can call or email her and she always gets back to me promptly. She seems very genuine in wanting to help and improve the community I live in. Since Spectrum and Christina have taken over management for the neighborhood it has become a wonderful place to live in. After moving from Arizona to Woodway, Texas, realized that we needed more garage and storage space for cars and tools, so decided to build an additional single stall garage, plus add an extension on our house patio. We request the HOA to allow us to do it in segments, first all of the concrete work, which they approved almost immediately. When that was completed, I notified them and sent photos of the completed concrete work. Next, I requested permission to build the garage with a few minor changes, as I found a contractor willing to begin work @ the 17th of this month, but I was then asked to submit a formal request to incorporate the changes and after doing so, was told it could take up to 25 days to get a reply......that was Friday 01/07/2022, and thanks to Mr. Whites assistance, got an approval letter this morning 01/10/2022. He listened and helped!
