    Our HOA moved to Spectrum late last year and the quality of service we have received with Patty Z. has been phenomenal. She’s gotten issues resolved within a few days whereas our prior management company took months and months. She’s been a real pleasure to work with and the residents are showing up at meetings to thank her personally. Now that’s service!

    Betty Fiala has been outstanding as our community manager. We had previously gone through multiple community managers that were not responsive, mis-managed our community budget or were unwilling to assist where we felt was needed. Betty stepped in and started fixing severe problems previous managers created.Betty is responsive, knowledgeable and able to take on any request the community boards request of her. Hope we are able to keep her on our team for many more years.

    Speedy Property Improvement Request! Our Magnolia Creek HOA managed by Spectrum approved our property improvement request in just 2 weeks. They responded on the second day after our initial submission, requested a few documents, and then, voila, the request was approved exactly 2 weeks after submission. We are very impressed! Great job, Spectrum!

    Hannah M. is our Community Manager for the Lakes of Highland Glen neighborhood. She has been a great blessing to our HOA board as well as our residents.     My experience with Spectrum has been good so far. My first property improvement request was processed in just a few days, I didnt have to wait weeks/months for a decision. Appreciate such a quick, professional response and not having to keep our contractor waiting.

    I am installing a new roof on our house, but wanted approval to change the color of the shingles. I contacted Erica Chen at Spectrum, who was very helpful. My request was approved in less than 2 hours; I had expected it would take several days (the HOA website said it could take up to 5-business days. Very happy with the quick turnaround - my roof is being installed at this very moment!

    Our community was self managed before they hired Spectrum. Spectrum resolved many issues including billing, reporting to homeowners, meeting minutes, postings and other inadequate practices that were happening and not happening in our community. Since I joined the HOA board I have found Spectrum to be well informed with the laws and extremely helpful in explaining the requirements of the job but open to discussing best practices to move our community back onto a path that our homeowners can be proud of and trust us to be good financial managers of their assessment fees to make our community successful. The managers I have worked with have stepped in and shown great integrity, timely responses, and extra effort in addressing and resolving our issues. I look forward to addressing some of the more fun activities with Spectrum and this position once we get the procedural activities corrected and moving forward.Thanks,Richard

    Tyrone helped get our HOA evaluation for roof replacement approved in record time. All that was needed from us was easy to submit and though the automated improvement request application indicated that it may take 30 to 60 days for response, he got this done basically the same day for us.     I am a board member of our HOA and we switched over to Spectrum nearly a year. Betty F. recently took over as our community manager and has been a great to work with for our community needs. She brings fresh ideas when we need it. Especially during a time period when everything has been locked down during the COVID-19 stay at home period. She was able to arrange, with the help of residents, a scavenger hunt while following CDC and State protocol on social distancing. It has been a game changer for us in comparison to our previous management company. We are glad we made the switch when we did and continue to enjoy this journey together.

    I am replacing cedar fencing damaged by high winds during Nicholas. I had some questions concerning the process and requirements which were answered by chat. I accessed the required form on the Spectrum Association Management website for the Forest of Friendswood subdivision, completed the form with the required information and submitted it. I received an email acknowledging receipt of my form from Shay White the next day and received approval the next business day. It would be hard for them to be more responsive. I am completely satisfied with the process. My only wish would be that the processes I initiated such as the chat and the form submitted were available to me after the fact.

    Mr Andrew Hale is really responsible in managing the community where I just moved in, grand harbor. I would like to paint the exterior of the house which started my interaction with Andrew. He reviewed carefully and provided my with examples of colors and show how to make the application valid , all of those shows excellent in doing his job. I like to do business with Andrew .

    Spectrum employees are professional and service-oriented. They promptly respond to resident e-mails and phone calls. The online access to financial reports, deed restriction drive by reports and improvement requests makes it easier to serve on the HOA board. I highly recommend them.
