I was confused about the cumbersome process of getting my builder approved and my house plans approved. It seemed that the process required endless emails, and I had become frustrated with the progress. I was delighted to find that Spectrum Association has a local office in Corpus Christi. I called the Corpus Christi office and Amanda Powell met me there. She was lovely and helpful. I was able to provide the necessary documentation, was approved for the project, and am now moving ahead with building our home. If I need any help in the future, I will contact Amanda. We couldn’t be happier with Spectrum Association Management, more specifically Marlo Miller. We were chosen to redo a landscape at one of their properties and it went tremendously. Marlo gave clear, detailed expectations of what was to be done and communicated that immediately. When there was a change that needed to be made to add more landscape, she met us on property and showed us exactly what needed to be done. She quickly answered any questions we ever had and made the entire process of paperwork and such so easy. Couldn’t have asked for a better client to work with!

Being a board member, and President, for the last four years, I have worked with Chris on numerous projects together and he has exceeded our highest expectations each time.; Our board has tasked Chris with total control of our operations and he has come in under budget every year. I cant say enough for his cooperative and patient nature that he has demonstrated time and again in working with a board that is not always in agreement. I only wish I could have had someone as capable and cooperative to work with in my businesses over the years. I highly recommend him for any position or task.

As a former board member and current property owner, Im delighted with the service Spectrum has brought to our community. Henry and other local staff are so helpful at every turn. Spectrum really brought a whole new level of expertise and professionalism. Not only that, but through their policies and procedures, they helped us save money and earn back a LOT more than they cost. Henrys knowledge about association management was immensely helpful to our board when issues arose. One of the most impactful ways Henry helped the POA board was through consistent communication and getting things done quickly. It was quite refreshing compared to previous management. I recently had a very good experience while working with Spectrum Association Management.I operate a solar company out of Austin, Texas and we are constantly working with different HOAs.In most cases, submitting an architectural review application to an HOA can come with a lot of disappointment. This especially relates to the level of service I can usually expect to receive and the unnecessarily long wait time it often takes for the approval process.Jay, with Spectrum Association Management, exceeded my expectations by providing next day approval on an HOA application that we just submitted around midnight the day prior. His communication was professional and clear.Thank you for exceeding my expectations and for doing whats best for the client we both serve.

We have owned our home in Key Allegro since 2007. After Harvey almost destroyed it, we met with a lot of the same issues everyone else did - rebuild or sell. We rebuilt, and couldnt have been happier with Chris Veatchs help throughout the entire process! We are now doing our deck, and he has been very helpful about coming over to give us guidance on the permitting process, calling us back with the multitude of questions weve had, etc. We are about ready to start and couldnt have made it this far without Chris help!

My wife and I recently purchased a lot in Key Allegro where we plan to build a vacation home. Based on the location of the lot there were many building restrictions that needed to be addressed in order to design what we wanted while staying in compliance. I met with Chris Veach who was instrumental in going over and explaining these requirements in layman’s terms. His knowledge, availability, and assistance made our design process easy. From our first meeting through our initial plan submission, Chris was right on top of things and kept us in formed of progress. I feel Chris is a very valuable asset to the Key Allegro community.

Chris Veatch- in the Rockport/Key Allegro division of Spectrum AM, saved the day for us today. I reached out with the request to check our newly rebuilt condo on the island. We are currently iced in away from Rockport, unable to get down there to check the status after all the crazy winter weather here in Texas this week. Chris was able to quickly make it over to our place- assess it thoroughly, and call me with good news. He did so with a kind, empathetic and very professional demeanor. Hes truly such a nice guy- SAM is fortunate to have him on staff.

Our Island Manager, Chris Veatch, has been the perfect person for the job! He is patient, kind, quick on his feet and always seems to have the right attitude for any type of circumstance. Chris deals fairly with each homeowner and works hard to stay up to date regarding our HOAs urban code, master covenant, community manual and design code. As one of Key Allegros longtime residents, I know I speak for many of the Islanders by saying we feel blessed to have such a wonderful man working on behalf of our community.

My husband and I have lived on Key Allegro for almost four years. The Island of Key Allegro is managed by a man named Chris Veatch. On many occasions he has come to our rescue. The most recent occasion was when we had an attempted robbery. We were out of town. Sent a text to Chris at 4:30 in the afternoon. He was at our house before the police arrived and oversaw everything.During the freeze last winter in February, Chris went over and checked our perimeter. He turned off the water before we had any heavy damage. A pipe had burst. It could have been bad.We also called him about a neighbors door being wide opened and he was able to secure their home before any damaged occurred. It was the front door of a house on one of the streets that is facing the bay. The owner lives in Houston. This was not any easy feat to accomplish. Some of the home owners are hard to track down!We lived for 35 years in several different gated communities in San Antonio. Chris Veatch has done more for us in four years, than we experienced in 35 years of living in these communities.We feel our community is run better and a safer place due to his oversight.I could go on but hopefully I’ve made my point. Thank you Chris!

I have had the pleasure of working directly with SPECTRUM HOA Management for the past five years. They have always provided excellent service and sound advice. Their local management team made my job as the HOA President significantly easier by taking on the lions share of the day-to-day issues. Their team was always promptly responsive to our needs even after normal office hours. In several instances they anticipated and resolved items before they became a problem that the board would have to deal with. Each time I have contacted Spectrum or had a board member do so, Danielle with Spectrum takes care of my problem immediately. Some issues have been with billing and some with neighbors. I always feel like a pest, but Danielle makes me feel that I am not bothering them at all and verbally welcomes my inquiries and requests. I am so relieved that my issues are not met with disinterest or annoyance. It would cast a real shadow on living in our wonderful community. Nicole Sanchez is very very helpful. she gives great customer service and and replies to my phone calls same day and take care of any issues I have. She is very knowledgeable, but sometimes when she is not able to fix the problem or it is is not her area of expertise , she will check with her coworkers and will make sure to call me back with the solution. She is extremely courteous and polite.

Every since Spectrum has taken over the HOA they have done so many good things. We have been here for almost three years. We had talked to the then HOA about trimming the trees and it never got done. Now since Henry is in charge he has done so many things. He has had the trees trimmed, he had the fence on the bike and hiking trails fixed , got the big tree that had fallen over cleaned up. He has gotten the fence at the lifted. station on the corner of Woolridge and Las Brisas fixed.Henry has always been very good about returning phone calls if he missed your call.
