    Our community has been with SpectrumAM management for over 10 years. We have worked through many community managers and recently are working with Season Duncan. Season helps manage through struggles that we have in our neighborhood and, at times, struggles that we have had within SpectrumAM. While we continue to grow with partnership we are growing in a positive direction.

    I reached out to Spectrum due to issues that I was having when trying to submit a property improvement request/authorization. I had previously reached out via the provided Chat option, but not able to have my issue resolved. I then sent an email to the Spectrum associate who was responsible for the neighborhood in which I live. I received an email response within 10 minutes. I was told that a person the Soectrum Tech Support team would contact me at 2pm. As promised, I received a call from Kristal. She was fabulous. Though she was not able to provide a technical solution, she did offer a workaround that met my needs. I appreciated Kristal’s friendliness and her willingness to work through my issue and find a workaround.

    Kristal C has been quick to communicate and get items such as HOA building permit approvals done quickly. This is much appreciated.I do find the spectrum app and site to be a little hard to navigate and it was not intuitive as to how to actually submit a building permit request online, but I eventually figured it out.

    Kristal was excellent! I submitted my reroof request and had the approval with hours (literally) of my submittal. Now, they do have up to 30 days for approval but, same shingle brand, color requested with all required info which I sourced on-line.     Working with Spectrum has been a delight. Our community just started with Spectrum and we have gotten individualized treatment. When our Community manager advised that she would be out for sometime, the transition to another Community manager was seamless. And when the original Community Manager returned...seamless. We didnt have any delays, gaps, challenges with responsiveness. Those guys rock. Julie and Richard, you both are awesome. I think that our transition to Spectrum was worthwhile. Keep up the good work!

    Spectrum Management is by far the best HOA Ive ever worked with. They always answer my questions/requests promptly and are willing to go the extra mile to help. I recently got a home improvement request approval in just 24 hours! They even sent me a congratulatory letter after I had my yard and lawn updated last year, saying how fabulous it looked. Their online tools are easy to use and super convenient. Love them!

As required by HOA, I submittedthe roof replacement Product Data for approval to ArchitecturalCommittee through Spectrum. I mentioned that, I had somedeadline to meet. Spectrum processed the application verypromptly and forwarded to AC for review. ArchitecturalCommittee was very helpful in reviewing promptly in ashort duration and found product Data acceptable.     Jennifer Hansen, our HOA Manager in Castlewood Subdivision, Highland Village is just awesome! She is not your Typical HOA Manager! We have lived in several communities where our HOA Manager was a Micromanager!! We have lived in the Castlewood subdivision for 4 years. Jennifer does run a tight ship; however, she is fair!! We have had several projects that we have had to run through the HOA subcommittees and Jennifer has helped us every step of the way. My wife and I had to go before the Board to get approval on shed we were building in our back yard, there were some concerns about he shed but with Jennifers help and the Boards willingness to listen, we were able to get the project approved!Jennifer has a tough position being the HOA Manger, having to put up and listen to petty gripes from the Residents of Castlewood, but she always handles it with a smile and gets the job done! If any awards or promotion or raise that need to be handed out, it should be given to Jennifer!!She has our VOTE!!

    Submitted an ACC request to add a walkway with photos as requested. I received feedback within 48 hours of additional information that I overlooked as a requirement. I’m thankful that my submissions are actually being reviewed. The documents were easily added on the website. I didn’t have to wait long for a response or get any pushback on my application. We’re good to go to get our walkway done right away!

    I have been very pleased with Mikaela Taylor, Senior Community Manager at Spectrum.Mikaela is quick to respond and is very knowledgeable about HOA rules and regulations. She does a great job, communicating with the HOA board and also with homeowners.She is willing to come out to the property and walk it to see individual problems and is always available to come to impromptu committee meetings to take notes and give advice.I have dealt with several Managers from a couple of different companies, and Mikaela deserves kudos for her knowledge and professionalism.

    My HOA switched to Spectrum Association Management in February. Our community manager, Julie, is awesome. She is the bees knees!! She went out for a bit on maternity leave & left in charge another awesome person. Richard hit the ground running. We are a busy busy HOA. We have projects going & also have had different issues come up from weather. Richard made sure that he stayed on top of all of our tasks. He was responsive when called upon at the last minute. We had a delivery issue with some pool furniture. Richard took time out his day to sit at the pool and wait on the delivery to arrive & set up. I am so appreciative of the work that Julie & Richard do for us & look forward to a continuing growing relationship.

    I am a recently retired HOA Board President and we hired Spectrum AM in the 2nd quarter of 2021 to manage our community. During the 6 or so months that I worked with them I was impressed with their top to bottom approach to managing. Specifically, our community Manager, Richard, was extremely attentive and responsive to even the most mundane of requests. They utilize and app so board members and home owners alike can mange their accounts. We interviewed a number of other management companies, and Spectrum stood apart during the sales phase but they delivered even after they were hired.If you are seeking to replace an HOA management company, I highly recommend Spectrum AM.

    Dache Hammonds at Spectrum was awesome to work with to help me get my HOA request approved. I wanted solar panels installed, and he patiently worked with my solar provider to get the request ready to submit. Once submitted he continued to support the process and was very responsive. He was even willing to go back to the HOA board to request a change to the approved request for me, which he accomplished. Great experience!

    Spectrum HOA management group took over as a property management group for Riverchase HOA, Wylie TX in February of 2019. They took over PMG/Associa who was managing our HOA for past 15 years. Even before we signed the contract with Spectrum, they were really helpful and pointed out all the things that needed improvement (there were a lot of them).Rachel Maxon is our property manager, and shes on top of the things, answering all of the questions/concerns the same day and sometimes even after business hrs if needed. Im sure she didnt know what she was getting into when she took over our HOA, but she took on the task and shes handling it like a pro. Thank you Rachel!

Candace Davis is wonderful to work with.Candace listens to our needs, sets actions and completes projects ahead of time.     Rachel Maxon was an enormous help to me. When Spectrum took on management of our HOA there was a glitch which made it impossible for me to register as a homeowner. I first contacted the HOA. They gave me a link to Spectrum. But I still couldn’t register. Then I emailed Spectrum. They sent me the same link. Then I just gave up for a matter of months.The problem arose again in early January when I sent in my annual assessment. They couldn’t identify me and returned the check. I mentioned that on our community page.That very evening Ms Maxon called me. She was sympathetic, helpful and pleasant-a pleasure to speak with. Even better, she resolved both issues. Recently I had an issue with the landscaping in my front yard and Sydnie McGuire did a fantastic job at rectifying the situation. I appreciate the speed at which they worked to come to an agreement with me.On multiple instances, they have sent a second notice with a fine; however, there was never a first notice.

    I live in my sub division for about 15 years. I moved from no HOA home to HOA subdivision. I had really bad experiences with my previous HOA managements. I was regret with my decision to move to this division. But no, this is the home that God bless my family to live in. What should I do? keep praying. Thanks to God. My board members found Spectrum. Spectrum is very professional and understanding. They understand that we are as home owners that we own our houses, not the management. Whenever we need to improve our house, they really quick in responding to approve our request. In addition, they know about situation, weather condition for not sending reminding letters to cut grass or remove dead trees in winter. Thats sad because my previous HOA management asked me to remove my dead tree in my front yard in winter. I spent quite of time on the phone to get that notice remove. For all of you, who have had bad experiences with your HOA management, please get together with your board to switch to Spectrum.

    This year we went through some tough times with the weather in Wylie Texas area specially,the recent hail storm we had dealing with torne roof tops, broken Windows and fences.Anyways I must say this person i dont if I can mention his name at HOA worked with me to get my account back on track, because it took me about 10 months to get all the repairs done on my property due to delay on the funds from the bank & insurance company.During all this time someone was going around writing violations without any caring at all for home owners and their problems & Louis worked with me to clear it up it took time, but he is there to help, wonderfull person if ten stars was available I would give him that.Thanks so much for all your help

    Jared Lacey worked so hard on our account. We had been treated fairly terribly by our previous HOA management company and had pretty much given up. Jared reviewed our account, found the discrepancies, and worked to get us a fair solution. This was a blessing to my family.Christy Pope has helped us work on a schedule that works for us to keep our home up to HOA guidelines. She is flexible and understands individual family needs. She does her job with heart.

    As an electrical contractor, I do a lot of work for property management companies, which gives me a special insight in to the behind the scenes function of property management. Ive seen good, bad, and everything in between. Spectrum however is one company that stands out from the bunch.The service Ive personally witnessed them provide to their customers can only be described as superlative. The extraordinary measures they take to ensure the safe and pleasant function of their customers electrical needs simply cannot be matched elsewhere, including, but not limited to- managing special projects with sincere fervor, addressing emergencies punctually, visiting sites after hours, taking the time to evaluate my proposals to ensure that the customer is getting the best solution for the money, and taking extra measures to ensure that the existing electrical is safe for its residents when they take on a new property. Ive seen their interactions with their residents first hand, and it resembles a friendship more than a business arrangement, with the utmost attention paid to the customers wishes, budgets, and respect. Their managers are a sincerely happy group of people.As a vendor, they are a pure pleasure to work with. They keep their appointments and their word. All of their representatives are respectful of my time and efforts.They pay promptly and accurately, without demanding that we jump through arbitrary or redundant hoops. My experience with Spectrum is important to the end customers, because the work an HOA receives is only as good as the contractor doing it, and if the good vendors dont want to work with your management company...youre left with, well...whats left. Given the fact that failure or delay of payment can result on a mechanics lien being filed against your property, their perfect business practices will keep your HOA out of the proverbial hot water.As our company reallocates the majority of our resources to industrial construction (due to high profitability), Spectrum is one of the select few property management that we plan to continue doing business with. When the president of the HOA where I live asked for recommendations for community management, Spectrum is the number I gave her.

    Kyle Banke is our neighborhood association manager and he does an amazing job! Our neighborhood definitely provides challenges for Spectrum, but Kyle always handles things with efficiency and grace. Spectrum, and Kyle, have relieved a lot of the stress and work that our board previously dealt with on their own.

Our subdivision has a very good appearance and Arielles conscientious performance has a lot to do with our success in this area.Arielle has demonstrated excellent judgment when evaluating and addressing ACC issues.     Shonna Brown has performed wonderfully as our community manager in the year that Spectrum AM has managed our HOA. The whole team at Spectrum AM really is living up to the promises David Johnston made to the board a year and a half ago. The Windy Hill Farms HOA needed help. The previous contracted administrators had left us in a bad way and Spectrum worked tirelessly with a good board of directors to turn things around. I recommend Spectrum AM to any Dallas Area HOA. I enjoy them very, very much. Now... can David just make a clone of Shonna?
